Jacques Cartier Pizza - St-Hubert — Restaurant in Longueuil

First things first the menu i would have to say caters to lot of diffrent tastes and needs. Prices are fair and they do have a good selection of combos/trios.

I found it was fair to pay for a cheese burger ..poutine and 7 up for 13.20( tax included) it was A10 on menu with extra cheese.

Portions are amazing ..i feel very full.

Hamburger was good ..not dry and perfectly cooked..nice amount of cheese and sauces. Came hot and the cheese was melted so on 5 stars i will give it a 5/5 .

Poutine was half one ..nice amount of cheese and sauce. My only complaint is fries could been tad more cooked. For that reason i will only be giving this 4/5 . Also it was hot so that was good.

7 up ..came nice cold so that is plus . 5/5

Staff on the phone...good job and they were very professional and respectful so that is another 5/5 for me.

Driver: Friendly dude and very respectful . He frogot deb machine in his car but he did hurry to go out and get it without any attuide so therefore that is a 5/5.

I can't begin to describe my disappointment. I've eaten at this restaurant most of my life, but the experience I just had after spending over $50 on a takeout is that early disgusting to start. I ordered €2, which are hard overcooked and dry. Barely any sauce inside. Then comes the Caesar salad, as you can see in the picture. Nobody knows how to cut lettuce over there. It just takes the root of the lettuce and just cuts it up with the rest of it, which leaves you big chunks, like that and bitter-tasting plus the salad looked a little bit old, finally the French fries looked like they were reheated. Not very fresh. I don't know what's happening over there. But I'm sad to have to put this review. And one final thing, I am allergic to onions, which I asked for no onions in both and received onions....

Even though I work at a well known pizza restaurant I have ordered from Jaques Cartier on Edward many times over the years for the fries and a pretty good pizza but lately each time I order it gets worse and Sunday was the last straw when I ordered a small pizza a poutine a Pepsi and an apple juice and it cost 30 dollars not including tip and the pizza dough was raw and the fries were pure white having never been cooked and softened only because of the sauce and steamed in the container on the way. The pepperoni also tasted off and even my 2 year old granddaughter was smart enough not to eat any of it. I won't be taking another chance but my advice to the owner is take a look at your cooks and which ones are putting out...
