Thai Express Restaurant Greenfield Park — Restaurant in Longueuil

This is my first time EVER trying Thai express. Many of my friends in Montreal told me to try their food so I went to the restaurant closest to me (Complexe Brault, 3135 boul. Taschereau, Greenfield Park, Quebec J4V 2H2). When I walked in I was not even greeted. The guys who worked there just looked at me and turned their heads, I felt very disrespected but I didn't pay attention because I really wanted to try the food. After placing my order, I went to sit down. The man who was preparing my meal didn't know I was watching and he dug his nose WHILE PREPARING MY DISH…. After seeing him, I went to the cashier and told him that I wanted my money back, but instead of giving me my money, he laughed. I really don't recommend anyone to come to this restaurant if they are looking to try Thai food because you never know what someone is doing...

This Thai express should be shutdown for not following and caring about any sort of health regulations. What the heck is this? I ordered through Uber eat and looked at the reviews on Google after the fact and realize they’re probably the least sanitary place around town. I start getting nervous about my food and as soon as it gets delivered… I end up inspecting my food and finding what looks like remains of an insect in my food. FYI, nothing in the list of ingredients of a Pad Thai should look like this… I regret giving them my money, but this is clearly the last time I order from them. You should be ashamed to have such subpar standards and to serve garbage food like this to your patrons. This is vile. ZERO STARS!! AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! I ordered a spicy ton yum soup with coconut milk ( I payed the additional charge) the older woman working there is NASTY !! She made me pay TWICE for more coconut milk because initially she gave me a teaspoon of milk and I ordered spicy pad Thai. She refused to give me the lime and peanuts for the pad Thai. The soup was THE WORST Tom Yum I have ever tasted and I threw it in the garbage. It was basically water broth .
