McDonald's — Restaurant in Longueuil

Service is absolutely horrendous at this location. Ordered a couple of breakfast sandwiches, an iced coffee with a shot of espresso, and an apple juice. The breakfast burritos were cold as if they hadn't been microwaved after being taken out of the fridge (I've worked at McDonald's, I know how it works). The girl at the counter didn't give me my apple juice, so I informed her. Her reply was, "You didn't order an apple juice." After pulling out my bill to show her, I had, in fact, ordered an apple juice. I was given a dirty look like I was bothering her. She then proceeded to turn around and keep serving other customers. After 6 minutes of waiting I told her I STILL hadn't received my apple juice, again rolling her eyes and staring me down like I was bothering her it took her an additional 2-3 minutes just to get me a juice. Then I noticed my iced coffee was very pale when I had ordered a shot of espresso in it. When I told her, she replied the same thing as with the juice. "You didn't order that," so I once again pulled out my bill to point out the item on it, which I had infact ordered. She tells me she didn't see it. You didn't see my apple juice, didn't see the espresso in my iced coffee, maybe check your orders more carefully?! Food was disgusting, smelled funny, and I had to throw out the burritos because a few bites in, I noticed they were moldy and had green spots on the bread. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received at ANY McDonald's. Avoid at all cost!...

My order number was 244. Number 250 was served and I am still waiting. I followed up with the cashier, she checked and said she is sorry the Cook made a mistake. 2 minutes later she said it will take long time if I want it grilled but if I change to crispy it will be faster. I said fine. 2 minutes later I saw the employee holding the crispy chicken with his bare hands. I told the cashier, that's it. I want to cancel the order. She called the manager to enter the code for refund. I told the manager of what happened, instead of addressing the issue, Manager said: at McDonald's we wash our hands every 5 minutes. I was waiting for more than 17 minutes and didn't see anyone washing hands. Besides, this was not the point, the point is why I had to waste my lunch break waiting for a chicken burger sandwich? The manager approach was not helpful at all. I had 5 minutes left on my lunch break so I went to Tim Hortons for a Bagel. Moreover, I checked my CC statement and they still did not...

Seriously, worst services I never encounter, yesterday 03 Jan 2020 I order 2 mcchicken, casher doesn't address why it took time after 20 min of waiting, he came with an apple pie, this isn't what I order, he said it's because it will take time lol Then I asked for a refund, because after 20 min and still doesn't know when my order will be ready, the casher chief arrived to refund me,another men asked why it's so long? She said we are missing employees tonight, I asked that it will be nice to advise of the wait when we order, and she answered with tones of arrogance that they cannot say it to all customers lol. Every Mcdo I went, they always say when they have delayed and invite you to go seat and bring your food when it's ready. But them apparently it's too much effort to just advise the client of long wait lol I wasnt upset because of the waiting , I was upset about how it was handle.
