Restaurant Boustan — Restaurant in Longueuil

Got home, put baby to bed to enjoy a date night with hubby, open the bag and it wasn't our order !!!! We ordered 2 chicken plates and a wrap, 1 plate had onions and the 2 sauces (not what was asked for and not that the guy even put in the plate initially prepared infront of us) and the pita was 'all dressed' which was not what I saw the man put in ours, you take the time to choose your sides and toppings, then the plate is taken back for the meat but you can't see what happens after, also it's bagged by the grill. The man at the sides counter and another from the back seemed to be arguing about something which I'm sure is why there was the mix up, but that doesn't excuse it.

Don't be fooled by the new eco-friendly bowls, they're tiny and everything was a mixed mashed up mess. The juices from the slaw had soaked into the rice and potatoes that were not soggy and mush.

The food was absolutely bland, you could see from the scooped rice that some areas were practically white from no seasoning. The potatoes were bitter, however that can be possible, the chicken was ok, thankfully.

This was hands down the best Boustan we ever had, and we visited multiple locations on the South Shore and MANY in Montreal, but had taken a break because the prices were getting a bit absurd but definitely won't be a franchise we'll...

Be careful they steal your money !! I ordered food here today and they changed me alot mote than the price said .. then I toll them about the mistake and the lady at the cash said yes you have to taxes... but even with taxes the prices don't match up.. they charged me 25 percent taxes ... I too my phone calculator out to show her the math and she wasn't cooperating .. I asked to see the bill and she did not let me have the bill .. then the guy in back showed up and whispered in her ear to give me 50 cents..

I paid with credit card which they over charged me for them to give me back 50 cents cash... I took the 50 cents and went on but I calculated the math and 50 cents doesn't even cover half of the over charge of what I paid..

I will no longer be going to eat here sadly .. with prices going up and especially here where they increased there prices by alot I will not stand to be ripped off or scammed... how many other clients do they do this to...

This review is based on Online order for pick-up (ueats) Order a couple of hours ahead if you order a pick-up. I ordered online for pickup on Saturday 1:32 PM...the pick-up was scheduled for 3:00 PM, dam son. You need to specify you vehicle make and color. Although I was there 30 min after the approximate pickup time, had stuff to do since its a Saturday, when i called it was ready but they didn't bother coming to the car. Instead, they served another guy that came into the restaurent just after I finished the call to notify them I was waiting for my order. I had to call a second time to ask what was going on? Finally, the guy asked me to come get it myself inside...I didn't want to go since I didn't have any mask with me, that's what I thought was the point of ordering online for pick-up...Food was ok, I had to reheat it a little since I was late...
