Pizza Salvatoré — Restaurant in Longueuil

The pizza was ordered at 6:10 PM and delivered at 7:30 PM it was soggy and colder than hot. The delivery service was the worst ever.

The delivery driver came in 1h20 minutes after the pizza was marked ready for delivery, with 2 damp boxes due to the grease and moisture from the previously hot pizzas. The pizzas looked old, as if they had been prepared over 1 hour ago, which they were, and to not surprise anyone, they were cold.

I had to go back in person to get two fresh pizzas as the ones delivered were inedible.

The customer service in person is equally bad, taking 20 minutes to make 2 pizzas that came out greasy and soggy no crisp at all.

They offered 10$ for the whole mess above which barely covers the tip and delivery fee I paid. Imagine I had to go back myself to get my 2 pizzas made right unreal service from top to bottom total trash. Never coming here again, never recommending this...

I'm happy with their pizza but it was definitely not the best I had. The pizzas had great flavours, a nice amount of sauce to keep it from being dry and I also liked how they served the pizza with a marinara sauce. It kept the meal interesting by changing the constant flavours when dipping in the sauce. The things I didn't like were the crust and the price. In my opinion, a 9 inch pizza for around 15$ is pretty expensive. Especially since the amount of toppings is not that generous and the crust is too big, it makes the pizza even smaller and less enjoyable. The stuffed crust was also a bit off to me. The cheese was too chewy and it wasn't stringy at all. The type of cheese they used combined with their crust was definitely not one of...

Worst staff ever. Just 5 minutes back, I went with my family. We stood on reception for almost 10 minutes, we called out “Excuse Me”, “tried calling server” to take our order.

They looked at us but didn’t respond to our salutation. Was it a discrimination to English speaking people like me ?

Then girl came she put order for pick up went straight pass us without a response. The guy preparing pizza at back didn’t respond to us. We left this restaurant in complete disgust.

Then, we got into our car and took a round of building, finding the guy who didn’t listened to us, smoking cigarette.

What a kind of rude behaviour that is ! Very bad experience.
