Restaurant La Belle Province — Restaurant in Longueuil

I have been a customer for 20 years and in the last few times I been, I had a horrible experience! Food is good, besides that prices are way too high for fast food, the staff doesn't know what is going on half the time and all my orders in the last five times have all been wrong or something had to be off. You ask for a manager they bring you this cocky youngster thinking he knows everthing. Very disappointed. Lost a life time customer shame... Been a whole year I haven't been and here we go again. Always wrong order and not a care in the world it's just a huge...

Went specifically for the Sub spécial cause this location had the best one by far. I hadn't had one in over 2 years, so was looking forward to it. Service was fast. Maybe too fast cause the sub tasted just like the ones at the other locations. Bread was a bit firm, and the flavour was ok but not great. Fries were as good as always though. But 22$ for an average tasting sub and fries (no drink) is a bit steep. Taste wise though, I'm guessing the average fast food eater won't notice the difference and will...

The poutine is very ordinary.

Firstly, the poutine sauce is scalding, even boiling. Every time I eat poutine, I burn my mouth; it's not normal. Additionally, the fries are so compressed in the small black plastic bowl that the sauce doesn't even reach the bottom.

These small details make the poutine very mediocre at this place. It's a shame because it's close to my home, but because of this, I won't be returning.

I hope the owners will consider...
