Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Lunenburg

I don't normally visit Tim Hortons as I don't enjoy their coffee it's too bland. I was given a gift card so had a farmers breakfast wrap and two jalapeño cheddar pastries. The farmers wrap seems smaller than I recall as it used to come in a large paper box. The jalapeño pastries on the screen said (heated) they were not. Also the cashier wasn't very friendly and didn't heat my pastries or even ask. While waiting for my breakfast sandwich that I saw on screen. There were 4-5 people all laughing and chatting. No drive through customers, no other customer than me. Just waiting until they decided it was their time to make my wrap. Was terrible service. The food overall tasted good, I would have probably enjoyed the jalapeño pastries better warm. I did notice a bunch of new selections in the pastry area since my last visit. The digital signage is terrible. It shows a couple things then doesn't show more without you waiting for a while. While sure it's pretty to scan through things.. I want to see prices. Some of the pastries had prices, lots did not. It's a shame I couldn't even gauge how much I expected to pay until they just rang it up. The food was the only good experience. There's a lot to be desired, and given Canadians seem to flock to Tim's as their go to... It's hard to understand when they consistently share similar experiences. Staff very disrespectful including one individual there named Amanda (tattoos/ colourful hair). She thought it’d be a good idea to bring problems to her work place, which in my opinion is very unprofessional. I was hung up on 3 times by two separate employees 1 being a male occupant. He said I was calling Bridgewater. Knowing my family, because it is such a small town. You should learn to keep people’s names out of your mouth. In regards your coffee always has grinds in it it’s never stirred right. If you were a manageable business, you’d know who to hire and who not to. Speaking with experience. I’ve been treated with disrespect for years. My life doesn’t involve your employees, so kindly keep your p’s and q’s to yourself. This isn’t the first complaint you guys have gotten and I’m sure it won’t be the last. I will continue to come in to your store because I’m local and if anything’s said I will inform higher...

I have been looking for places to sit comfortable in Lunenburg and work on my research reports. I found this Tim Horton’s location on my GPS and decided to give it a try. I have been sitting there for about a week now for five to six hour everyday from 9:30- 4:00 pm working on my research project. I have never had any problems here and the service is excellent. The staff are always smiling from morning to afternoon and the environment is very comfortable. They have excellent wireless connection and comfortable booth to sit and work. The staff are always making sure the service is fast and the tables are cleaned when customers leave. It is a great location to sit and focus as you get served with the best coffee and breakfast wraps in town. I think I have finally found my little...
