Bento Hut — Restaurant in Markham

We decided to try the buffet option and arrived at 12 PM. However, only four dishes and some soup were available at that time. The woman at the front, who was very kind, informed us that the rest of the food wasn't ready yet but told us to help ourselves to what was already out. Since the available options were basic vegetables, we chose to wait for the rest of the food to be served. The cutlery provided consisted of paper plates and wooden forks, and only bottled water, bottled drinks, and canned drinks were available for an additional cost.

After waiting 15 minutes with no new dishes being served, we waited an additional five minutes before deciding to leave and going somewhere else. The experience was confusing and disorganized, with the food not ready. Unfortunately, we can’t comment on the food quality itself, as we didn’t try anything.

The service was terrible! They advertised it as all you can eat, but there were only 12 hot dishes to choose from. The worst part was that the meat dishes were gone before we got there, and they never restocked. We ended up spending 45 minutes at the buffet just staring at the empty container without seeing any...

Nice food with such a reasonalbe price. I am glad to find such a place to grab some fast food with Taste...
