On Wednesday July 13th at approximately 6:15pm, I tried placing an order for delivery through the Pizza Hut website from the 6545 Hwy 7 Unit, Markham, ON L3P 3B4 location. Upon completing and submitting the order, the website had informed me that something had gone wrong, and my order could not be completed. Yet they took the $77.72 out of my bank account! When I phoned the customer service line to have this corrected, I was repeatedly either hung up on or disconnected. This happened twice when I called. The third time I called, the girl who answered the phone did not even allow me to finish explaining, she simply put me on hold mid sentence, and transferred me to a lady name Cheryl who advised me she was apart of corporate reporting and would assist me with this issue. (Cheryl was phenomenally helpful)
Cheryl took all my required information to open an investigation on this and advised me I would be refunded my money. This exact same issue happened to my sister while I was speaking with Cheryl as my sister was trying to place the exact same order through the Pizza Hut MOBILE app. (same issue happened—the order failed, and they took $77.72 out of my sister’s bank account) So Cheryl was kind enough to open a second investigation for my sisters failed order attempt so she could also be refunded the money taken out of HER bank account.
After all of this, we called the store directly to place this same order a THIRD time. And finally (after an hour) was able to have someone place the order (totaling $77.72 before tip) and we got our food. And we still tipped the driver even though we had an awful experience doing this. the ONLY reason i am giving 2 stars is because the food actually tasted amazing

Over 3 weeks ago I placed an order online and for some reason the order went to this location instead of the usual location by my house. They cancelled the order because it was too far for delivery which is totally fine but they charged my credit card. When I called in the person that picked up said she was the owner gave me her number and told me to text her and she’ll etransfer my refund the next day. I thought it was strange because can’t they just refund my credit card. Anyways, I asked her if it was possible to get this straightened out right away but she said no “I’m busy working”. Ummm this is work related and I’m not a random person just asking for money but ok fine. 5 minutes later I received an official email from Pizza Hut saying sorry my order was cancelled but don’t worry my credit card won’t be charged. So I’m like ok Pizza hut is a big company, i believed them so being an honest person I texted the owner back and told her about the email so she doesn’t need to etransfer my refund. Fast forward to 3 weeks later and I checked my credit card statement and I was charged!! I called back this location and explained the situation and they said they’d look into it and call me back within 1-2 days. Of course they never called me back so I called them a couple more time and each time they kept telling me they’re still looking into it. I also texted the number that the owner previous gave me but ofcourse she didn’t reply. It’s s been a week of waiting for them to call back. The owner of this particular location is a total scammer. I called the customer service line today to report this incident so hopefully I can finally...

50$ to order lunch for 3 people, and the caesar salad was literally just a box of lettuce. The regular caesar salad is 8.99 but the girl kept calling it a small, so we asked to see the sizes and she was totally right it's actually a small (maybe 1 serving)...the large caesar is 10.99 and it's at least 3 times the size of the 'regular'. When the salad came it was just a container of romaine lettuce and when we asked where the rest of it was she said that's it. She said bacon is extra and some customers don't like all the toppings so they don't put it on. Eventually she said she can give us the croutons and the bacon and cheese. We received two little condiment containers of croutons, two little condiment containers of bacon, and no cheese and she was all smiley as if she had just done us a favor. 11$ for a box of semi-wilty lettuce? No thanks. That's not a caesar salad.
