I donāt usually leave reviews, but after the location just underwent a 1 month renovation, I must say I value this location so much!!
The most important thing for me, is the customer service. Rose that works the drive-thru is AMAZING!!! The other members of the team I have encountered have been friendly as well - but thereās something about Rose and my Timmyās coffee that makes my morning complete āŗļø Iām a single mom of a teen son and many mornings are very stressful & I have a lot on my plate. Rose knows my voice through the speaker lol! My order is usually a bit āuniqueā, and she always makes sure itās made properly, and when I get to the window, she asks I how Iām doing and gives light to a bad morning/afternoon. This gesture means a lot when you donāt have much support or friends in the area. The drive-thru has become a part of my son and Iās morning routine - especially when I need to drive him to school - or after a stressful afternoon work meeting.
Once you get past the morning rush of the line/entry from highway 7, all is good! The drive-thru line moves very quickly and thereās enough room for lots of cars in the line. You just have to have patience.
I have only had about 2 orders in the 3 years that had a minor issue (my son is very picky), but it has always been rectified easily and without a fight.
The restaurant when Iāve been inside has been clean, the areas outside clean and it just feels very safe and comfortable at this location. If it ever closes again - even temporarily - I will be sooooo sooo sad! Please keep Rose there as long as you...

Walked inside and the lady was mopping so I didn't bother the lady and went to use the washroom. It was filthy so after doing my number 1, I flushed the toilet and wiped around the toilet as a courtesy. Cams outside and proceeded to order my coffee, and the mopping lady approached me and asked me something that I could not understand so she asked her coworker to translate but the other lady ignored her since she was talking loud in her language and not in English. So I felt bad for the lady and asked her what she wanted, she said why did you flush the toilet I told her it was dirty and needed attention and there was no sign to say so! She said why you flushed and it was supposed to be like that, meaning she spread something. She was rude so I asked her name but she went to the backroom. I asked the cashier about her name and she was agitated to answer. Both had no name tags and both declined to give their names. Imagine this place is close to the hospital and you have a patient there and you want a coffee but instead get such a rubbish service. No communication in English and zero customer service. Loud communication in a foreign language. Got my coffee and left. I am self-employed and such behavior will not be tolerated in my business at all. Store management is to blame and the established culture is the reflection of such dealing.
