I am almost afraid to review this place since it is such a gem and I dont want to reveal it to the world. 😁 But as a Foodie, I must share. This diamond in the rough is in Metro Square-ample parking, by the way. Cash only to note. I am in love with their pork and leek dumplings, green onion pancake and red bean bun with sugar. The green onion pancake $5 is fried to perfection and just melts in your mouth. Crispy outside and delish fillings inside. And let us talk about their dumplings. 15 dumplings for $8. I can finish 15 of them in matter of minutes. Mix soya sauce and red vinegar for dipping. It's like dumpling addiction. I am amazed every single time I eat here. And their red bean sugar buns. 8 of them. I could die after that-that's how delicious they are. I say this is 100 places to visit before you die. Dont expect a fancy place though. Rickedy old front door and compact space. Nonetheless, I will be coming back here over and over...

Original: Check this place out for authentic Chinese dumplings, soups and other good stuff.
Been here a few times and the price is fair for the quality and quantity. Easy to drive to with plenty of free parking in the lot. Order from the paper menu by checking off what you want. Not a high style place but in China the restaurants that specialize in dumplings will have an open view of the dumplings being made and you get a bit of that here to add to your dining experience.
Definitely get an order of dumplings because that is really what this place is all about.
Payment is only by cash or debit...

They make a bunch of soup dumplings, which are rare. The regular dumplings come in prob 20 varieties too. Lots of classic flavour offal dishes, and things that the western folks may find wierd. I'd always get a large hot and sour soup to start, easily shares between 5 people. I like MaPo , and they hit it with enough Sichuan peppercorn to numb moose lips, which I love. This place is a favorite of mine, even after eating in literally a hundred places in markham and Scarborough. If you want a dumpling place, this is a winner. And it's way cleaner than it was a decade back. Try to go in off hours, it's nice to set aside an hour or so for a...
