I went today to redeem my Coco Day free drink coupon, but their system didn't show that I have any coupons. I tried explaining that I know for sure I have the coupon because I already used one at another store. I even tried using my friend's phone number for her coupon and they still did not show it. The worker just kept telling me she doesn't see it, as if I was trying to lie to her that I have a coupon. She showed me what the coupon should look like...but that doesn't help my situation. After I left the store without making my purchase, I went to another coco store and they indeed were able to find my coupon...so I don't know why this store could not.... Other than this issue, I consistently run into issues with this store. I work nearby so I come to this store quite often. Almost every time I order, at least one of the drinks is made wrong. One time they gave me a completely different drink than I originally ordered. Most of the time when they make milk tea, it tastes completely like milk, no tea flavour. I never bothered to go back to the store to change it because I'm usually in a hurry to leave or I don't want to bother the workers to make a new drink. I have also never left a complaint about this store because of these incorrect drinks. But after today's incident, I feel that I need to leave a lengthy review so that the workers here can understand how they make the customers feel. Customer service is very bad here in general. When I go to pick up my mobile order nobody acknowledges me, even though I am standing right there at the counter...

I had a poor customer service experience at this location. I had just purchased 2 drinks and 15 seconds after I left the store I accidentally dropped one of them. I immediately went back to ask for a replacement and they had refused me saying that the policy was that because it was physically outside the store they were unable to replace it. I was 10 steps from the door and ordered 15 seconds ago. I came back to the store in under 20 seconds. I also work in customer service in a food establishment and this is an extremely poor customer service to refuse to replace something that was dropped 15 seconds after purchasing. Sure it is my fault for dropping the drink, but it is unfortunate that the Cocos brand does not value customer service and refuses to replace a drink that costs under $5 even if you had just got it 15...

Realistically, if someone orders more than two drinks, do you expect them to carry everything by hand? Of course I needed the bag. The cashier only asked about it after I had already paid. I didnât mind paying the $0.15, so I gave her $0.20âbut then she didnât return my $0.05 change.
If theyâre going to charge for the bag, then they should also be responsible about giving back change. I was told to move to the pickup area without the change, so I had to speak up and point out that I gave extra for the bag. Only then she returned me the change of $0.05.
