A go-to plaza to hang out with friends, grab food, and most importantly lots of options for bubble tea! It’s the best for car people to hang around in that plaza. The only thing is when it gets busy it’s hard to find parking at the lot. So you will have to go underground. But apparently you are not supposed to drink the bubble tea you got from the plaza at the underground parking lot. Because you will get kicked out by that ONE security for “loitering” where the word is defined as “stand or wait around idly or without any purpose” when you’re just enjoying the bubble tea you got from the plaza AT the plaza. Read moreGreat plaza for food in Markham/Richmond Hill. With a seemingly endless amount of bubble tea shops, this is my preferred place to stop for a drink whenever I'm around the area. The parking situation is usually not the greatest but we've always managed to find a spot to pull into quickly to grab our drinks. Coco, Chatime, The Alley, OneZo, and Matcha Tea & Dessert are my go-to shops at Commerce Gate but they also have Tiger Sugar, TP Tea, Yomie's Yogurt, and probably a few more.
