Dear Tasty Shawarma Owner,
I want to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had today at your shop. As you know, I have been a regular customer for a long time and I always appreciate the good food and the kindness, especially you, personally show to your customers.
However, today when I placed my shawarma order by phone, I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I came after about 25 minutes, but to my surprise, the order was not even started. When I asked why it wasn’t ready, the staff member on duty responded rudely, telling me to wait and that there were “other customers.” When I asked what is then the purpose of a phone order is, if it won’t be ready on time, he again responded with a disrespectful attitude.
I left feeling upset and insulted. This is not the first time I’ve noticed such behavior, and I am worried that if this continues, it could drive away loyal customers. I value your business and the respect you show us, but I feel strongly that your staff must be trained to treat customers politely and honor phone orders in the time promised. They should not think that somehow their incompetence is the fault of customers. It’s not the delay that upset me but the rudeness.
I am sharing this with you directly because I know you care about your customers and your reputation. I hope you will address this with your employee so that no other customer has to go through the same experience.

Usually get the chicken shawarma wrap or the mixed plate. The wraps comes with a good amount of meat to veggies. Priced reasonable, can get a plate with a drink for less than 14 bucks. For this type of quantity food, definitely a weekly visit
July 1st, 2021 EDIT Service over the past few months have been horrible. I understand they are probably getting overwhelmed with orders as their wait time is now 20 to 40 minutes (From the staff). Calling ahead wont help cause no one picks up the phone.
I tried calling today with no luck of ordering ahead. I went inside the store and ordered. Looked like they had 4-5 receipts ahead of me which was normal. My order still took about 30minutes. While I was waiting, you can hear the staff in the back talking and laughing. It didn't bother me but it bother other customers to the point where he went knocking on the glass asking for a update and then promptly for a refund. He ordered after me so he was probably waiting for 15 minutes.
I would not come back if I cant order ahead because the wait is pretty brutal. Wait time was never like this so it must be new staff or just they dont care anymore.

I went in today to order a Chicken Shawarma Sandwich/Wrap with no pickles. I got my order, drove home, took a bite to find out I was given a BEEF Shawarma with pickles.. I drove all the way back with my receipt to return the sandwich and told them this is unacceptable as I'm a HINDU and DO NOT eat beef for religious reasons. I was extremely upset, asked for a refund for wasting my time and a new sandwich and the worker from the front went and told the worker in the kitchen. The worker from the kitchen came to the front and said it's not their problem I don't eat beef and that he didn't care for my religious views, absolutely disgusting behavior and rude considering they made the mistake. I asked to speak to the manager and he said the worker I spoke to first was the manager.. which doesn't make sense cause if he was the manager, he would have not went to the back to send the kitchen worker to come speak to me and would have taken accountability for their actions and handled the situation like a manager.
I absolutely do not recommend this place and give this place 0 stars. The WORST fast food customer service I've ever received in my life...
