If you're looking for a cozy and trendy spot to satisfy your sweet cravings, look no further than Dspot Desert Cafe. Located in the heart of the city, this dessert cafe has a wide variety of tasty treats to choose from.
The first thing you'll notice when you enter Dspot Desert Cafe is the inviting atmosphere. The interior is decorated with warm and vibrant colors that create a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The seating options are also great, ranging from comfy couches to more traditional tables and chairs.
As for the desserts themselves, they are absolutely delicious. Whether you're in the mood for ice cream, crepes, waffles, or cakes, Dspot has got you covered. Their menu features a wide variety of desserts that are not only tasty but also visually appealing. The presentation of the desserts is just as impressive as the taste.
One standout item on the menu is the waffle sundae, which is served with your choice of ice cream and toppings. The waffles are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the ice cream is creamy and flavorful. It's the perfect combination of textures and flavors.
Another must-try item is the crepes, which come in both sweet and savory options. The crepes are thin and light, and the fillings are generous and flavorful. The Nutella and banana crepe is particularly popular, and for good reason.
In addition to their great desserts, Dspot also has a good selection of drinks, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. The service is also excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who are always willing to help you with your order.
Overall, Dspot Desert Cafe is a great place to satisfy your sweet cravings. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the desserts are delicious, and the service is top-notch. If you're in the area, be sure to...
Read moreWent here on a Tuesday night. It was not very busy and we were seated fairly quickly. They had a very good and wide selection of food and drinks. Our server Jasmine seemed to be new or unsure of what to do because she dropped down a drink calling it something it wasn’t. When we corrected her she said she’d go check, and when she came back she asked if we “figured it out” if it was the drink we ordered or not. Very bizarre service. Once all our food came there was no server to check up on us until we were done despite us being one of the few people in the store. The redeeming quality was that the food tasted good and the portion sizes were very generous. Jasmine then came to our table saying that “she was forced to” come to us and ask to scan the QR code to leave a review because their reviews were “bad”. We didn’t necessarily have very good service here but I also thought it was because maybe she was the only server. When we asked for the bill we requested the bill be separate (it was only four people) and Jasmine said to give her 5 minutes. We then flagged down another server who we requested the bill from and had to tell her everything each of us ordered. The bill also had the servers name which was not Jasmine but instead the girl who we flagged down. After we paid Jasmine came back asking if we sorted out our bill. It was a bizarre question, like she didn’t know what was going on throughout our time there.
Not a super unpleasant experience. Service could be better and more professional. Food was...
Read moreI want to preface this review by stating that I like this cafe and want it to do well overall but I think they need to learn a few things about proper customer service. I was out with a couple of my friends, we decided to order the cookie skillet. It took quite a while to get ready and when it arrived at our table it was raw. It took a long time to get the servers attention and when he did, he apologized and made another one for us. Now keep in mind, this is not my first rodeo trying this cookie skillet. I’ve had this many times at other locations so I know when it’s not fully cooked. When he finally returned with the second cookie, it was a little more cooked but still not fully done. My friend and I just accepted it, knowing we will never order this again. Now I don’t know what the issue was here, perhaps the cooks are not trained properly to know how long to cook the cookie in the skillet. It’s important they read this so they can realize how to improve the quality of their product. Plus it’s not a cheap dessert, running around 20 dollars! I’m not here to bash this place, they seem like kind people. However, the right thing would have been to remove this from our bill as we had to wait about 20 minutes more for our dessert plus it wasn’t up to standards initially. I didn’t write this to get my money back, just hoping the owner will read this and improve the quality of the product and their customer service...
