I just had my worst experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered a coffee at the cashier and want to redeem my birthday treat. The female barista told me in a very RUDE voice āWe belong to Longos not Starbucks. We donāt redeem anything.ā She then scanned my QR code and asked me to pay the rest of moneyā I have preloaded some fund to my app but the money left on my account was not enough to buy the coffee. Since I donāt have my wallet with me so I said āIām sorry and can I please cancel the order?ā She answered in a more IMPATIENT voice āItās not possible to cancel any orderā. When I told her I forgot my wallet and Iām sorry. She cancelled my order on the machine and told meā DONT BE SO RIDICULOUSā. I never expect to be treated this way since Iām always nice to everyone. I was insulted by this barista on my birthday. To make things worse, the money on my account was taken away when she scanned my QR card and didnāt give me a refund. I seriously donāt recommend anyone to come to this location. I feel the barista is a little bit racist and gives attitudes...
