Probably the worst location..zero hygiene..
Saw backup employee refill meat container without gloves. I ordered a veggie delight as they never have veggies patty on stock and when I asked for more lettuce they just put literally 2 leaves and gave me a look. No offense but old employees here are not nice with many Asian customers and pretend they don't understand even though me and couple other guests after me clearly communicated what they need. When asked for tissue literally gave me 1 napkins when I asked for more told me you eat first and then ask for more if needed. Worst customer service.
No separate knives for veggie and meat. The employee handled multiple subs all veggie and non veg at the same time without changing gloves...
Never coming here again. Food inspector needs to pay this...

We always had pleasant conversation and no issues. However, there has been a new guy there the past few times we've gone. I'm not sure if it's a new owner or just a new hire but he has continued to be extremely rude and hostile. Today was the last straw as he tried to pick a fight with my mom when she asked for a couple extra olives on her sandwich. Read moreWorst worst experience, this is the second time same guy served us and he is the worst employee I have ever seen, first time he said he will not toast out sandwiches which we paid like 40$ as he has cleaned the machine and now I ordered footlong cookie thru app and which I understand if they are out of stock but who is giving him right to be rude and not attend me as a customer but give us attitude and if you don’t have item in stock issue me the refund simple or cancel my order. Instead in front of other customers he was being so rude. Its highly disappointing that I got the service like this again from the same employee.
