I will explain what happened yesterday morning. The store is clean and well-organized, which I'm very satisfied with. However, I'm not satisfied with the service from the staff. Almost all of the staff had blank expressions and didn't seem to smile. I tried to place an order at the kiosk, but it didn't go through due to a machine malfunction. I informed them, and they said it would be fine and asked me to try again. So, I tried again, but it still didn't work, and I had to inform them again later. However, they didn't even offer a simple apology. I had no choice but to place my order at the counter, and while waiting for my order, a staff member brought the food, shouted once, left it there, and went back to their work, leaving me confused about whose order it was.
