I will explain what happened yesterday morning. The store is clean and well-organized, which I'm very satisfied with. However, I'm not satisfied with the service from the staff. Almost all of the staff had blank expressions and didn't seem to smile. I tried to place an order at the kiosk, but it didn't go through due to a machine malfunction. I informed them, and they said it would be fine and asked me to try again. So, I tried again, but it still didn't work, and I had to inform them again later. However, they didn't even offer a simple apology. I had no choice but to place my order at the counter, and while waiting for my order, a staff member brought the food, shouted once, left it there, and went back to their work, leaving me confused about whose order it was. Usually, they should wait for the customer to take the food, but this staff member didn't do that. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service from the staff, and I don't think I want to go...

I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a rather unpleasant experience. To my shock and dismay, I found a housefly inside my cup of coffee. This was truly disappointing and unsanitary.
