I've been going to this location's drive thru for years because it's on my way into work. Little mistakes I let slide, but increasingly they are rushing more and more, making more mistakes with my order. When I place my order at the drive thru, they tell me what the price is for my order, and then when I get to the window, they tell me for example, they don't have the muffin I had asked for. They rhyme off a list, I then choose one, only for them to then tell me it will be more money. It's not the money, it's the fact that I have already given them the correct change, there's a lineup of cars behind me, only to have to look around for more money. Sometimes, while they're passing out my order, there's one in particular person that will tell me, 'I gave you your bagel already'. I will say 'no you didn't' and she's looking as if she did, only to see that it's on her counter and she really didn't - and no apology. The last straw why I will never go to this location again, is the same person in a rude tone told me 'next time give me the Tim's (reward) card first'. Excuse me, how rude can a person get? Last Sunday in the afternoon, I placed a mobile order on the Tim Hortons app a couple minutes before I arrived, which had several drink/food items. I have only been to this location a few times since it's not the closest to me.
When I went inside to pick up my items, I was expecting to wait at least a few minutes, if not a while (the locations near me I usually visit are slow to fulfill mobile orders) since I ordered multiple items, including a breakfast sandwich which I assume would take longer to make as I visited in the late afternoon and they wouldn't keep those items ready (off-peak time).
To my surprise, the entire order was ready and I was in and out in less than 30 seconds. It was not busy at all inside and there was plenty of space for safe distancing. I don't usually visit this location as there are a few Tim Hortons locations closer to me that I go to mostly, but after my experience that day, I'll be coming to this location more often. Read moreI am a regular customer. I come at least 3-4 times a week. I find the service here is horrible. The staff has ZERO manners. Going to the drive through the staff with an Indian accent and a chinese lady does not know how to say hello/good morning/thank you/bye. NOTHING AT ALL. Both only stuck their hand out waiting to get my money and to give my drink. That’s fine but also not even a hello thank you bye! That’s ridiculous! Not only that previous times, when I get my drink, I didn’t even have a chance to put my coffee down or give my money, they’re already in a rush saying BYE HAVE A GOOD DAY and if I left a second late they say BYE BYE ! I understand that there is a timer but is this really needed for every second?? Come one give people a chance to put their drinks down and drive safe!
