Thursday April 4th 2024 in and around 430pm drive thru customer
To be sure you can identify my order as a customer with no receipt given:
Purchased 2x 6 piece chicken nuggets Ghost pepper dipping sauce Medium fries
The representative at the drive-thru was rude with an aggressive tone through the intercom. He was impatient and annoyed with having me as a customer. In hindsight seeing the drive-thru empty I should've just left. Worst Wendy's experience to-date. He also put the machine out the window without saying anything for me to pay and said here you go when order was ready. Barely made eye contact, didn't care to engage or make me feel like a valued customer. It was empty so I couldn't use busy as an excuse, there is no excuse for such abrasive, unprofessional, and inappropriate behavior. Additionally the fries were ice-cold, the nuggets were room temperature.
I was so appalled I wanted to complain. Then to further my frustration - no receipt -

Read moreTerrible experience. I came her to order the Frostychino and it was just ice coffee with vanilla extract. I've purchased this drink several times before and know for a fact that they add a shot of their frosty ice cream to the drink and it's phenomenal. So when i told them this wasn't a frostychino they argued that yes it was. Even the manager on duty told me that's how they make it. I asked for a refund and they said i couldn't due to the fact it was on the app. I refused to accept this so the manager finally told me he would add a shot of frosty for me but also needed to add that in the future when i ordered this drink dont expect a shot of frosty. Which is rude and i haven't gotten one since. Very unprofessional and not a way to treat customers. So im trying to distinguish the ingredients or the instructions of how this drink is made. Wendy's emailed me back and gave me a link for me to read. WOW you think I've done that already and obviously it wasn't clear enough for the manager on duty what's included...

The app is glitchy and the stores wifi is terrible and not working. The staff have no idea about good will gestures and when the app plays up and goes to mobile order and not in restaurant, the offer disappears from the app and the staff wont honour the offer. The offer is lost from your list of offers and you are not able to purchase it anymore.
Even when you try to explain it to the staff there is a language barrier and a lack of understanding about customer service.
When I asked for a straw, a staff member from behind the counter broke the paper from the straw covering and took the straw out and gave it to me. I felt sick instantly before I started eating!
The fries were super salty and tipped upside down when we received them in the paper bag and the frosty was overflowing to the point where it was leaking out of the cup!
Please visit any other food eatery than this place, this is definitely...
