KOOKO'S PIZZA — Restaurant in Martensville

Chaos does not even begin to describe our experience. Placed an order online at 4:30 pm for pick up and the confirmation said it would be twenty minutes. Went down at 5 pm and they hadn’t even started our order. They couldn’t even find the order. Eventually the young man working the till found the order and discussed it with the cooks. He said to give them another 20 mins. Ok, fine. 35 minutes later we returned at 5:35 pm and our order still was not started. The young man attempted to get some answers out of the staff at the back and they eventually stopped talking to him. I am not sure if the people in the back were the owners but they need a serious lesson in communication especially running a pizza place on a Friday night. The young man came back to the front and recommended that we just cancel the order. While we were there he answered the phone and was turning away customers because of the chaos. I am surprised that he just didn’t walk out after the way they treated him and all he was dealing with. Definitely not going back ever. We are pretty tolerant of new places trying to get started but the way they treat their employees is completely...

Had Surgery, figured I'd order pizza for the family since I didn't feel like cooking, Ordered the Combo #3 online, from the Martensville location, (ANY 3xl pizza's, an order of cheese bread, 21 wings and a 2L pop), so I ordered honey Garlic wings for the kids, got something that looked and tasted like bland buffalo ranch wing instead, kids wern't impressed. Ordered a chicken buffalo ranch pizza with pineapple, got a "sour" tasting chicken bacon ranch pizza with no pineapple, instead, wife wasn't impressed, Ordered a Meatza pizza, got a Meatza pizza, ordered a cheese pizza, got a cheese pizza. Online checkout didn't show the cheese bread that was included in the combo, so I ordered 2 orders of cheese bread and commented one is supposed to be with the combo, got billed for 3 orders of cheese bread.

The pizza tasted good, cept the chicken bacon ranch, something was off about it, tasted "sour". I just wish they could of gotten the order right, ended up having to get my wife A&W instead since her pizza was the "sour tasting" chicken...

The new kooko's pizza?!?!??! Not impressed, there online order doesn't give options for when to pick up, so we went with what was given and it said 20 minutes, we arrived after 20 minutes and told it will be 30 more minutes fine, husband come back home to wait got a all that it will be another 30 min and they hang up so call to cancel they said it will be 15 min so I said fine we will be there then they called to tell me that they messed up the order it will be another 30 min, I come down and they bagged me to take the smaller order fine I paid the lesser order price plus order of breadsticks that came to me burnt. Then had to go back because they gave me 7 burnt wings instead of the 21 wings that I paid for, so another 10 minute. Over all waiting wasn't a problem but hanging up 3 times and calling back chaging orders was enough to send us back...
