The morning shift is always the best cause they make neat subs with very little mess or slob. 5 stars to the morning shift

My only biggest pet peeve is coming there later in the day to find girls with insanely long hair dangling over my subs as they make them... Another time I found a hair in my sub that was longer than the entire 12 inch sub alone. I wasnt happy. I used to work at a subway I am wondering why now they are not wearing hair nets whilst handling other peoples food ? Can something be done about this ? Or mandatory to wear your hair in a BUN If it's too long for a pony tail I really get grossed out every time this happens and it does pretty frequently where I have to Ask the person to properly put their hair up. As a customer I shouldn't have to make sure YOUR employees are handling food safely and not getting hair everywhere. Please wear hair nets as us customers dont enjoy paying to eat hair. 1 star for the little girls who think looking good is better than properly making your food with no hair and NEAT subs not thrown together like a child in kindergarten . 5 stars to morning shift and the morning supervisors for properly doing their jobs and always having their hair tied...

Absolutely terrible food since new owners. been going here for 10 years with zero issues, always fresh and a great subway. Last few times, veggies were wilted and tasted off. Thought I'd give them another try and went tonight. I got a meatball and it was absolutely awful. Knew I should have left when I seen flies landing on the prepping area or when they made meatballs in the toasting oven. (It's 5 o'clock and don't have any meatballs???) Got home and almost chipped a tooth on the meatballs, hard as a rock. called back and was told thats how the make the meatballs now and was offered a free replacement sub. I'd rather drive to another location than give them another dime. Won't...
