A&W Canada — Restaurant in Medicine Hat

I was disappointed today as I ordered 1 lettuce wrap mamma burger and 1 papa burger with extra onion and spice The papa burger was good except I am sure if there was extra spice after all that is what makes a great Papa burger not just the double pattys My disappointment was my wife’s lettuce wrap Mama burger it for was not the lettuce wrap burger that A&W is known for the Mama burger was basically a Mama burger without the bun yes it had a small peace of lettuce on each side of the burger the lettuce covered half the burger patty This Lettuce wrap burger reminds me of the McDonald’s lettuce wrap we’re they also just give you the burger without the bun and call it lettuce wrap Please note 2 weeks ago we had the same order at this restaurantand my Wife was very pleased with her lettuce wrap as they used 2 full leafs on each side of the patty I assume it is mainly due to the cook not knowing what a A&W lettuce wrap burger is as my wife for the last 2 years always says A&W lettuce wrap is the...

Terrible customer service. Spent 80$ on food for my family. 5$ for a smoothie. Via Skip the dishes. Got everything except my smoothie. I called and they wouldn't send anyone with my smoothie I paid for. Told me I could only get a refund through skip for it. Really? You guys messed up my order and refuse to make it right? Terrible customer service. The girl on the phone had no idea what she was doing "uh" and "um" arnt answers to a problem your staff created. No I wasn't very happy and I was unpleasant and snarky at the end of the call before I hung up because i was annoyed with the "not my problem" attitude i was getting. Your mistake yall should be responsible for fixing it.. Every other buisness has fixed their errors this place has a "not my problem" attitude. I will not spend money at this store again. It costs a fortune to feed a family and refusing to fix your staff error is frustrating and un professional. Yeah I got my refund but that's not the point I wanted my smoothie...

Just experienced the most unsanitary thing in my years of dining out, Thur. Nov. 27 about 5:45 pm. The supervisor took our order while training a young man. The supervisor instructed the young man to take our order in a bag out to a table which was not ours. The people at the table took the food out of the bag and handled the burgers (one in a lettuce wrap ) before they realized it was not thier order. Those customers returned the order to the supervisor at the counter. The supervisor then placed the contents on a tray and put the fries into the wire baskets not knowing if the people ate some or not. My wife witnessed it all and confronted the supervisor who totally denied it. My wife asked the people at the table if they handled the food and they confirmed that they did. They were as disgusted as we were. I will never ever be returning to this A & W again. If the owner of this A&W would like to contact me...
