D'carlo Pasta House — Restaurant in Medicine Hat

I have been wanting to try D’Carlo since they were in their downtown location but we never made it, especially with our littles. However, they were one of the only places open on my birthday so we brought everyone for supper and it was SO good. They immediately bring out fresh buns, followed by a salad that is soo full of garlic flavour, which helps kids stay entertained from the get-go. Everyone was impressed with their main meal, which was enough for one or two leftover meals. The staff is friendly and personable. Tried D'Carlo for the first time tonight. We were celebrating our 6th Anniversary.

Everything was great. Absolutely everything was delicious. The service was great and with smiles all around, the atmosphere and vibes were perfect and the food was perfect also.

A special note that the wedge Caesar salad is so very good the Caesar dressing is in house made and may be the best Caesar dressing I've had. The pasta sauces are also top notch and authentic as well.

All the staff are so friendly and pleasant. There was live music as well which added to the ambience and experience.

Went here to celebrate an Anniversary and it was the perfect place! It was so cozy and comfortable, the food was amazing, and the staff were so friendly!

The fresh bread was so tasty. We all had the Caesar salad and all loved them. I got the pistachio pasta with shrimp, and it was to die for. I want more. We had red velvet cake with chocolate and caramel and I wish I got a second one to take home!

The staff are very attentive, with great attitudes.
