Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Medicine Hat

I’ve been a regular customer at this Domino’s for quite some time, and up until now I’ve never had a major issue. Unfortunately, my most recent order was a complete disappointment and really changed the way I see this location. The pizza I received was undercooked to the point where the dough was still soft and soggy. Grease had completely soaked through the bottom of the box, making a mess before I even opened it. On top of that, the crust was so thin and poorly made that it was impossible to pick up a slice without it collapsing in my hands.

What’s most frustrating is not just the poor quality of the food, but the fact that there didn’t seem to be any concern from the staff about serving something in this condition. When you pay for a meal, especially from a place you’ve trusted in the past, you expect at least a basic level of care and consistency. This time, it felt like there was no attention to detail at all, and the result was a pizza that was almost inedible.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel other customers should know. If this is the level of quality they’re willing to serve, I can’t justify ordering from this Domino’s again. very dissapointed in the pizza i had a very good relationship with dominos as i always get pizza from them, they have always been my go to. until today... today has been a life changing expierence, i was watching a shane dawson conspiracy theory on chuck-e-cheese pizza and we decided to get pizza. so i decided to order my regular pepperoni feast pizza with bacon and when i got my pizza i did not open the pizza till i got home cause i like to surprise myself when i’m ready to eat it and as i got home i opened it and i look at the pizza... it was at this moment my views on dominos changed forever as the BACON was no where close melted onto the pizza and was just sprinkled on and could easily fall off if u picked it up too fast or even slightly angled it wrong and imnjust dissapointed that they would do this as i enjoy my bacon on my pizza and this just ruined my...

Poor customer service and not very accepting of uncommon requests.

Due to a pregnant girlfriend I asked for cheesy bread with extra cheese and bacon on half to satisfy her extra cheesy cravings. Employee originally said he could make it happen. Started making notes. Manager turns around and says no. It's not an acceptable request. I offered to pay for extra toppings on the pizza to cover the cost because their system can't make those orders. Asked if they could do that and just correct the pizza makers to ensure I get the cheesy bread right. Manager says no. Asked to speak to the manager and that was refused as well.

If I treated customers the way these guys have when I worked there, I would have been written up or let go. Customer service has gone downhill for such a...
