Edo Japan — Restaurant in Medicine Hat

Every Edo restaurant I've been in has the same great menu and the same great quality of food..... However I actually have to edit my review due to my most recent experience at this restaurant... I stopped by here again on April 20, 2018 and ordered the enjoy platter and they made my order quickly but too quickly. Over half of the 17 pieces fell apart before even touching them and one of them was sitting on top of the wasabi, however I didn't notice that it was on the wasabi (I thought they just forgot to add the wasabi) and I didn't notice what happened until it was far too late. I do enjoy wasabi with my sushi (no pun intended lol) however the amount I had in that one bite was what I would normally have over the course of the meal.

If you order a platter from here and don't see your wasabi... Check your sushi...

I love the menu here and all of the mix and match bento options, like sushi rolls, dumplings, tempura, yakisoba noodle and more. Very big protein portions!

Sanitized within an inch of its’ life. I would trust eating indoors here, even during Covid-19. The team members were cleaning as soon as somebody left and the tables were well spaced.

They also had genuine hand sanitizer with moisturizer; a thoughtful addition for a clean food...
