Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Medicine Hat

Asked for 2 skinny Blonde Misto, said they would be a pour over which takes time and received pike roast instead. Blonde roast are more Caffeine less strong. Also asked for 2 pumps of syrup in each of the venti cups..(usually there is 5 pumps per cup). So we were charged .1.00 for 4 pumps of syrup...6 pumps of syrup we paid for and did not received! Asked for the extra syrup in a little cup.... we got 2.... that's stealing from me! Paying for something I never got! Being we get Starbucks quite a bit it adds up! Most Starbucks will charge .50 for both cups of syrup. We argued with the server and Within 1/2 a minute our order was ready... we were given a small cup with 2 pumps of syrup... but once we drove away and started drinking our coffee we realized they were not blonde roast pour overs which takes time to make. Like a good 5 minutes to make. Our drinks were bitter pike! I don't like arguing with people over .50 cents. But to give us BITTER PIKE ROAST. That was a huge NO No!!! We also order non fat. They did that correctly. Which is why we didn't go back! People ask for skinny milk for a reason... whole milk makes me sick, the fat doesn't agree with my stomach. I have had that messed up before and became really sick super fast..I can tell right away if it's whole or even %2 milk. We pay for Gourmet coffee drinks. If you don't want to serve it... go home and look for another job! I have argued and proven to people that Starbucks isn't too pricy and tell them what I order, and many of my friends order my drink and have switched to Starbucks. Just proved me wrong! People argue about .50 /$1.00 to me. About how Starbucks is expensive. $7.50 is what we pay for 2 drinks... We paid almost 9$ at this location!!!! The Bistro said the till charges what you order... I was like yes that's true... then don't punch in the second $.50... over .50 cents they messed up our order on purpose! Over .50 cents? It's their job! Of course the computer can't figure out ½ sweet! That's why it's written on the cup!!!! The bistro server doesn't have to punch it in! So from now on we want our .50 cent shot in a cup on the side. Then we will put it in our cups later. Or buy Suger free syrup and add it in later! And save .50! We actually have a small syrup bottle in our truck for when we can't get gourmet coffee and all the extra pumps are...

I have never been treated so poorly at a Starbucks. We always order the same thing for my daughter however apparently this time I didn't order it the same way. I always order my daughter a tall Vanilla bean frap made with lactaid no whip. We get to the window and it has whip so I mention my daughter is lactose intolerant and cannot have whip. The worker comes back and gives it to me but says it is made with whole milk. I said I ordered it with lactaid. She says "you didn't order it with lactaid". Like seriously? I can't prove it either way but she was very rude when she said it. Sorry but if I'm paying $5 for a drink I expect my daughter can drink it. The people in the car with me thought she was rude as well and...

I ordered through the drive thru a pumpkin spice Frappuccino. Initially, the guy took 2 mins to get the order and then put me on wait for 9 mins. It is ridiculous. I bought a single drink, not an entire meal. there is no reason that it should have taken that long. The customer service was awful and they had a very bad kitchen environment. Different voices are coming out of the DT window. I asked for manager, the employee Brandon, told me the manager is not here and also that there is no supervisor. What a terrible situation. The customers are waiting and the staff members are busy doing their own shenanigans. I will not be returning to this location, and do not advise anyone come...
