Teakwood Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Medicine Hat

We were not greeted at all when we got to the hostess. We were confused where to go and were made looking like idiots. Then we sat down at our table because nobody even showed us to a table so we had to seat ourselves. I ordered an appetizer that was brought out so late and it was only soup... Then we got our entrees (that were brought when we were still trying to eat our appetizers) and our entrees were COLD! Then our waitresses hurried through us eating and brought our bill (even though we wanted dessert).... As soon as we paid (which we weren’t even done and ready to go) we were planning on ordering a couple drinks and finish conversation. Not ONCE in 2 and a half hours did the waitress ask us if we wanted anything. Once the bill was paid (even though we weren’t done and ready to leave) we were absolutely invisible even though she got a $15 tip.... huge mistake. Never ever again will I step...

Extremely disappointing. Waited approximately 20 minutes before someone came to take our order. Then we waited over an hour before our meals came out. You could see that the Fettuccine Alfredo had been sitting under a warming light. This dish was cold. Jambalaya was cold and starting to dry out as well. Steak sandwich was so cold that the mozzarella cheese was not melting. Chicken wings were also cold! When we spoke to the head waitress she told us she could warm up our meals. Really friendly staff and a decent atmosphere to the restaurant. However the food, while well portioned was a little lacklustre. For instance I ordered the standard cheeseburger which should be difficult to mess up, however the patty itself was just not great quality but also the thickness of the trimmings inside were incredibly thick. I had a whole cross section of onion, whereas most restaurants give you only three or four rings due to the overpowering...
