Friendly service. Whoever designed this commercial space was obviously not thinking about drive thru queue lines. Consistently running on the Trans Can Way is a traffic safety hazard! I'm surprised this is even legal.
When I make Mobile Orders for pickup in the morning, they're delayed quite often - I'm standing there waiting for attention, 10-15 min for a coffee. Lack of communication. Nobody is watching the mobile order til where the receipts come thru which have priority over those in line who haven't ordered or paid yet. When I choose Drive Thru when ordering mobile, it's a lot smoother transaction. But not when I choose Pick-up for some reason nobody's paying attention to that til when they come thru. Mobile Orders are on demand! The sandwich crew are on their game, the drive thru crew are all on their game, but the till just need to watch for those mobile orders - which customers should not have to line up for, that's what that pickup...

It's OK to admit you guys don't know how to make coffee or food anymore. 8/10 times we go here the coffee is burnt ,weak,or just straight up wrong, I know a double double sounds confusing but it's really just 2 cream/2 sugar 😱shocking I know!and the food I mean come kn you have little instruction pictures right in front of you that literally show you how to make stuff. So little tip for next time make sure the orders are right BEFORE handing them to the customer. And instead of moving the old coffee to drive threw because no one will notice the old coffee just dump it like your supposed to and make a new pot I promise it's not going to bankrupt you guys. Read moreI've been to a lot of different Tim Hortons across the country and this is the first time I feel like I need to leave a review. Never before have I left a Tim Hortons in a better mood than when I walked in, until tonight. I'm used to the grumpy employees who look like they'd rather be dead than standing there taking your order. Just telling you how much your order costs seems to be such a diffucult task. But at this location, Shawn asked me how I was doing, served every customer with a smile, and looked like he truly enjoyed doing his job. The world needs more people like him.
