TJ's Pizza Medicine Hat — Restaurant in Medicine Hat

I’m not much for giving a bad review but this really hit me hard, so I’ve ordered from TJs multiple times and had a less than savoury experience I’ve given them multiple chances as I do like the food, I’ve had several orders that have taken longer then 1.5 hours to arrive ,items have been missing through all this I kept quiet, but now I have a bone to pick, so I’ve waited around multiple multiple times for my pizza order to arrive , tonight I was waiting at the door for my food and I stepped away for a few moments to use my washroom when I went I didn’t see a car or anything outside so I figured I had a while as they are usually super slow , I went to the washroom was probably in there a total of 2 or 3 minutes , I didn’t hear a knock or the doorbell, but I did get a call from a delivery driver who litteraly screamed at me for not being at the door I said “I’m sorry about that” he continued to scream at me so I hung up the phone and went to the door, when I went to the door he didn’t say a word to me I stuck my debit card out and he handed the machine and made a loud sigh, I was generous and still gave him a 15 percent tip and once he read the receipt then he said thank you , so after this terrible transaction after I’ve waited on them multiple times to bring my food I get screamed at for making the guy wait for a minute , and even with all the extra time at the door , my order was still missing dips I paid for. If you’re gonna put a customer on blast , you better atleast deliver a complete product , I’ll probably never order from TJs...

Ordered supper because as always im to lazy to cook. Ordered 1 pizza 2 lasagnia 1lb wings bottle of ice tea and bacon strip things.. 40 mins later they delivered everything but the wings and pop.. Called them and after 10 mins of waiting for them to answer hes wondering if we want a credit rather than whats missing.... Nope i want food before i go to work... Ok i will send it but will be another 45 mins.... No bring it now as you should have already cooked it .... Wings arrive but they bring pepsi not ice tea.... Sorry but we dont drink pepsi... If we drank pepsi we would have ordered it... Called back asking for the ice tea.... No i dont want a credit i would like my order that was ordered 1hr 40 mins ago .... He then explains that it isnt his fault as he only has one other person helping him.... Well im sorry but you not having staff is not my problem or concern... I'm paying for a service and i expect it. I ended up having to call another pizza company to deliver my supper to me at work seeing as by the time i had sorted the family supper mess out i had to leave without eating... 10 out of 10 for worst...

We ordered pizza last Friday. After 45 min called to check on order, was told it left the premises. Another 15 min and called again, after 5 min on hold said they couldn't find our order. Said they would make it again for a $5 DISCOUNT. Then wait again for another hour to hopefully have it delivered without incident? No apology or accountability. Should have been free pizza by that time. Cancelled and WILL NEVER ORDER FROM AGAIN. Very poor...
