Update :. One year later. Still just as dirty. The washrooms are an absolute disgrace. Looks like someone vomited on the urinal , the sink is out of order , like pieces laying on the ground. All there is , is an empty bottle of sanitizer. I had to get my wife to check the women's washroom so I could wash my hands . Apparently all the toilets were clogged in there. Tables are so dirty. There was a guy mopping the floor. Apparently is is more important to have cleaner floors than the table and washrooms. WHY HAS THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NOT SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN .
The place is dirty. Customers leave and no one bothers to clean the tables. We watch several times customers wandering around looking for a clean table and just end up wiping it off with a napkin (which you have to ask for) . I seen absolutely no one do any anti-covid sanitation on the customer floor. By the way, the food is absolute garbage
Update:. Went again today. (Not by my choice, my child's) The food was better this time. But , the sanitation is still horrible. There was only one table left to sit at, which is okay considering covid, but the previous patrons left their mess behind. I waited to ask the one attendant at cash to clean the table, because everyone else pretended I wasn't there. The cashier went to ask someone to clean the table and she proceeded to stomp out into the dining area shaking her head and seemed quite angry that she had to clean our table. The entire time I was there I did not see one person come out to clean anything. Customers had to take their own napkins to wipe off the tables .

Haven’t had a messed up order yet, however the bathrooms are usually disgusting. No paper towel available at all and the hand dryers are trash. I hate using hand dryers.
In the month of August 2024 I made 2 visits and used the bathrooms. Both times the hand dryer wouldn’t work. I mentioned each time that it doesn’t work and nothings been done. How is this sanitary at a restaurant, of all places. Just because your kitchen may pass inspection doesn’t mean the place is free of any germs. I asked the gentleman last time I came in why they don’t work and he showed me they do. However he literally rubbed the machine underneath and it turned on. I shouldn’t have to touch a hand dryer to make sure my hands are clean. I had to use napkins FROM THE SODA FOUNTAIN AREA! How unsanitary that people are now drinking from that area.
Either put in a paper towel dispenser or lose my business. It should be a food safe requirement to have paper towels in every restroom so patrons have a choice.
Also not very pleasant when the staff are more focused on the drive thru customers when a customer can stand at the register for 5 minutes and 3 workers are glaring at you from the kitchen talking and refuse to come over to take your order. I work in retail and understand the rush of business but don’t prioritize one set of customers over the other.

Read moreWhen I come here; I get decaf coffee most of the time. I don't usually eat the food as often. My rating is in regards to service.
On average, decaf coffee is prepared and serviced in 5 minutes (sometimes sooner if it's already been made). But as of lately; I feel that they've been taking nearly twice as long to prepare the coffee; maybe it's ready and it's left sitting beyond the service counter and I am being forgotten about. I often have to wait 10+ minutes with nothing but an apology for the wait. At other restaurants, they may offer a coupon for a free coffee if the wait is longer than 10 minutes. This is never offered to me anymore at this location. I've had other customers ask me why it took me this long to get a coffee. I guess what I'd appreciate in the future are more updates on my coffee. I am often just standing patiently for my coffee. However, I am often picking up coffee for other people with me and THEY are the ones to actually make a vocal complaint in the restaurant if it takes longer than 10 minutes. That or I get a phone call from them telling me to hurry up thinking I'm inside secretly eating food or something. It makes the experience stressful for me but I try not to say anything to upset anyone because I know how busy it is back there. My rating could improve if service improves or if longer waits are better compensated...
