Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Merritt

Their pizza is always top notch, as is their in-person service, but I'm giving them 2 stars because it is -15°c outside, I was just outside for less than two mins and my hands physically hurt it was so cold.

My son & I were having a late dinner. He asked for Panago, the only pizza we order in Merritt, I called to be told the store wasn't offering delivery. I don't have a vehicle, as I mentioned at the beginning of the call.. There is Covid right now as well, and I don't think it's appropriate to be asked to walk across town with, or without my son, to go buy our dinner. I planned to make it as simple, and safe as possible by ordering delivery; and using my debit to pay, or phone to pay.

Not acceptable. It's winter. This is a small town, and it's not hard to deliver. They already refuse to deliver to the Lower Nicola area around here, at least anytime I've called. That's not good service. In-person sure, but other than that they don't care about the community that holds their small business up..

Over all poor experience Upsold me to larger pizza Did not tell me that would void the combo! Had weird experiences here, My 1st visit last week turned great with quality food and customer service. But I believe it's the presence of owner when staff works to their potential. Cause just a week later today when I placed an order, I had weird experience with service while picking up the food.
