Didnât get to order and Probably wonât go to any Other Subway again.
Being Vegan is Tough when on the road. Iâm not typically a Subway person. But I know I can stop at Subway and will at least be able to eat. Every Subway I have been to has a list of vegan options/ allergen list. At this location i asked which options would be vegan. The older man who appeared to be the âmanagerâ, huffed and puffed and grumbled âI have to find outâ then a few minutes later, he told some other guy to tell me all the breads have Gluten. I didnât ask for gluten-free I asked for vegan, so as Iâm still standing there for a few more minutes. the order taking guy looks at me and says âdid you make up your mind?â ..... nobody gave me any choices. Iâm sorry, I was such a burden for the staff but donât be rude! I was a paying customer, who shouldnât have to google my options in line, then be pushed...
   Read moreExtremely disappointed in my experience with Subway (at this location in particular). I do not consume animal products and subway is USUALLY always very accommodating to this, which is great, considering the very few healthy, vegan-friendly fast food options out there. I typically get a foot long veggie sub, and ask to substitute the cheese for guac. This has never been an issue at literally ANY other subway. However, the gentlemen at this location said he could not do this for me. This in itself was kind of irritating, but what really bothered me was when I said âoh, every other Subway Iâve been to does it for meâ his response was âno they donâtâ and continued to insist that subway doesnât do that.. as if I was just making it up? Anyways. Not a good experience. Maybe he was having a bad day? Who knows. Will never go back...
   Read moreTerrible service. 3 employees I saw May 15th at 1.30pm. As soon as I entered 1 employee asked what I wanted without giving me time to even look at the menu and then disappeared in the back room to socialize with other employees. After a minute I was ready to order and one employee was peaking out from the back room while socializing and another was wiping down the window at the front. No one behind the counter to take my order. The one peaking from the back room didn't move. The one cleaning the window didn't do anything even after I complained about the lack of service. After 2 minutes I left. No wonder I was the only customer there at a peak lunch time hour. Hire people that Want...
