I ordered a sub on the app, correct location, I’ve done this many times before. My credit card was charged, but because of a technical internal error between subway and the app, the order did not come through to the store, yet I was still charged. Now I didn’t take my wallet with me to buy another one in the store, so I was out of luck and I still paid for a sub (via the app) which I never received. They gave me a customer service number which turned out to be for employees only so they could not help and told me to go to the store which told me to call this number. There is no customer service # to call. So in the end, a mistake is a mistake, no issue. But basically I paid for a sub which I did not receive because of their technical issue. Couldn’t get the Raymond method to work so I went home and tried figuring it out, thought it worked because app said the time when my order will be done and I got an email saying my order was placed.
