Booster Juice — Restaurant in Milton

I just had an extremely disappointing experience at this Booster Juice location. The person working there did not even acknowledge me when I walked in. No greeting, no eye contact, no interaction at all. I stood there waiting for quite a while, expecting basic customer service, and was completely ignored.

Even with the customers he was already helping, there was no communication. He wore an expression of disinterest and almost disgust the entire time, which made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable. On top of the lack of proactiveness and professionalism, I was genuinely concerned about the hygiene standards. He was handling cash with his bare hands and then went straight to touching utensils—without washing his hands or using gloves. The utensils themselves didn’t even look clean.

This level of service and lack of basic hygiene is unacceptable for any food and beverage establishment. Really hoping this...

I love booster juice!!!! I have nothing bad to say about booster juice or their products or employees. I love how you are able to make modifications and changes to your smoothie, as to make it your own. The reason for the 1 star is because of the owners/franchisers. Whenever I walk in to the two locations owned by the same franchiser and the owner is working. I am always singled out for, asking for the tiny bit extra that is in the bottom of the blender. I am also always singled out and told I did something wrong, when clearly I am always so kind and polite. I have never treated the employees rudely. I think she (the owner/franchiser) doesn't like the idea of giving me the extra little bit, even if that little bit will be thrown out. My views in life and food is never to waste anything, or throw away anything good. We have limited resources on planet earth and if I can do my part to not waste food...

I get a Hail to the Kale juice all the time at many different booster juice locations. It’s always a vibrant green colour. It’s not always the same green colour but it’s GREEN none the less. This was the first time I got this juice at this location and it came out red/brown. I told them it’s supposed to be green and I had to ask them if they even out enough kale in it. Instead of realizing the mistake and fixing the problem she said it had all the same ingredients in it like she couldn’t be bothered with my concern. Just because it has the same ingredients doesn’t mean they put the right amount. I also think they put beets in there too because it’s SO red when the drink settles.
