I’ve been a loyal customer of JC Burger since their Mississauga location opened, and now that they’ve expanded to Milton, I couldn’t be happier! This place truly stands out for its delicious food, high-quality ingredients, and exceptional service.

The burgers at JC Burger are juicy, flavorful, and made with fresh, premium ingredients. Whether you go for their classic cheeseburger or one of their specialty options, every bite is packed with taste. The buns are soft yet sturdy, the meat is perfectly seasoned, and the toppings are always fresh. Their fries are crispy and well-seasoned, and they even have great options for chicken lovers!

I visited GC Burger Milton again today after a disappointing first experience, and I’m really glad I gave them a second chance. The team truly turned things around, and the food was phenomenal and the service was so much better. Despite it being busy, everything was prepared quickly and served fresh.

The GC Gold burger was hands down the highlight of the menu. It was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You could tell the kitchen staff was working hard to keep things moving efficiently.

The service was solid overall, but there’s still a bit of room for improvement. The male cashier working around 9:30 PM seemed a little off-guard and not very attentive when taking orders. A bit more focus and energy at the front would help keep things flowing smoothly, especially during rushes.

Secondly, the location is incredibly cramped, so there should be some crowd control measures, as everyone is lining up near the cash register and creating an obstruction to guests. Along with that being said, there should be an occupancy limit, because of how many people were inside. That also serves as a healthy and safety hazard, along as an emergency exit hazard, so please do better with that.

From the moment you walk in, the vibe hits just right: a modern, slightly industrial design with cozy seating and a playlist that keeps the energy up without being too loud. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do.

But let’s get to the real star—the burgers.

I ordered the “ Classic”, a double-patty masterpiece with perfectly melted cheddar, house-made pickles, and their signature smoky aioli on a toasted brioche bun. Every bite had that crispy-edged smash burger perfection, juicy in the center, with just the right hit of salt and sear. It’s obvious they’re using quality beef—and treating it with respect.

Their truffle parmesan fries are a must-order: crispy, golden, and tossed in just enough truffle oil to make them feel indulgent without overpowering the plate.

Prices are more than fair for the quality, and portion sizes are generous without going overboard.
