My fiancé and I have always enjoyed our favourite Chinese dishes from Empire Wok. This was no different on New Years Eve. We lined up outside first for a short while around 4pm. Once we were able to go inside to order, as it was 5 customer maximum, they were happy to take our order even though it was clear how busy their kitchen was. They told us it was about 40mins wait - no problem. We returned 50 mins later and they said about another 10-15 minutes. Not a worry. We waited outside so other customers could go inside to pick up their dinner orders. By this time, the outdoor lineup was quite long and they also had a group of people, like us, waiting off to the side waiting for the young lady to call out our order #s that they provided. Given it’s probably their busiest night of the year for food orders, we feel they did an amazing job - each and every single person worked so hard and we thank you for our hot and delicious NYE meals. It was perfect while watching the Team Canada hockey team win another game. During a pandemic and a second lockdown, probably being their first tome handling customers and orders at this capacity - well done...

Had the worst experience in this location. When in wearing a mask My order for three combos $55 which I thought was a little pricey. Was told to wait 10 mins which I had no problem while s at a sing outside near my vehicle. I was approached by a much older man who came very close to my face because I wasn’t wearing a mask yet I’m outside. Not even near the store!!!

He harassed me for a while until I decided to call the police and than the owner while watching The whole incident happen decided not to let me in the store to grab my food. I had done nothing incorrect or wrong was respectful and wore a mask pair my bill and instead of helping a WOMEN who is being attacked in your location you did nothing and decided to bring my food out as if I had done something wrong.

Worst experience food not even worth it. And the owner is a (excuse my language) a coward like the gentleman who harassed me for absolutely no reason.
