If I could give zero stars, I would. Today around 3:30 PM, I went through the drive-thru at the Tim Hortons located at 1098 Thompson Rd S in Milton, Ontario. I ordered a toasted English muffin with butter, cheese, and ham something simple and safe, as I have a serious egg allergy and always inspect my food before eating.
To my absolute horror, when I opened the sandwich, I found a long black hair approximately 20 inches in length embedded directly in the butter. This was not a stray hair accidentally sitting on top. It was tangled into the melted butter, fully inside the sandwich, and it still had the follicle attached, suggesting it had just been plucked from someoneās scalp. The sight of it made me gag on the spot. I have had a strong phobia of hair in food since childhood, and this incident immediately triggered a physical response I vomited and will not eat for the rest of the day.
I parked my car, went inside, and showed the staff the sandwich. The employees were clearly disturbed and refunded me immediately. While I appreciate the refund, letās be honest a $4 refund doesnāt come close to addressing what happened. This was a disgusting violation of food safety, hygiene, and basic human decency. Finding human hair embedded in food is beyond unacceptable, especially in a professional kitchen environment.
Iāve submitted a formal complaint to Tim Hortons Corporate and am in the process of contacting Halton Region Public Health. I am strongly considering filing an official food safety complaint.
This was by far the most repulsive and unacceptable fast food experience Iāve had in my life. I will not be returning to this or any Tim Hortons location unless I receive a meaningful response addressing what happened and how the company plans to ensure it doesnāt happen to others.

Happened yesterday at 9:50 pm drive thru , Ever since they have deputed new supervisor Manpreet the service levels have terribly gone down. He is full of arrogance , loose mouth and above all has zero customer respect There were 13 vehicles in the drive thru yesterday out of which three reversed to leave the line after waiting for more than 10 minutes , I personally spoke to Manpreet who had zero remorse on the delay , instead he was busy talking and cracking jokes with co-worker , when he was informed about wh situation in drive thru ⦠response was donāt tell me how to work and cars can wait ā¦. 10 minutes seriously ā¦. š³
He should not be given the responsibility if he cannot manage customers and load , I am a daily evening client who spends around 8-9 dollars but never had any issues , however since the change has taken place instead of seeing improvements things are going down ā¦, owner and manager should take notice of this . There are similar feedback regarding drive thru issues lately and this warrants immediate action . Everyone cannot handle responsibilities thatās for sure .
Very Friendly Staff both monring and evening shifts ā¦.. we are daily visitors to this store Sattiya evening shift supervisor and her team member Bilal and Muneeb ensures that coffee is always fresh , and order is processed correctly
Washrooms are properly maintained , definitely the makeover of this location has been a game changer

PS: one improvement would be the drive thru ordering , mics are very noisy and at times one of them malfunctions ā¦....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered 1 med oreo iced capp with 2 shots of espresso and 1 med chocolate creamy chill with 2 shots of espresso as well and a 10-pack timbits at drive-thru and got the drinks with no espresso at all. So I had to go back and wait again for my turn at the drive-thru, hoping to get it fixed because I was charged of the drinks with espresso shots. I would like to raise a complaint because of a bad experience with one of the staff named Dikshi in resolving the issue. Instead of apologizing, or even just trying to understand the situation, she gave me a rude behavior, like she's more upset than I am. So she asked me to park and wait for the new drinks and told me to throw the wrong drinks myself because they don't take back garbage as per the policy. So I went in the store and looked for the manager. While I was talking to the manager, Dikshi went behind her and tried to butt in and explain herself. So unprofessional. She works in a customer service setting, so she should know how to handle situations like that. She's maybe tired and all, but that kind of behaviour is not an asset anywhere.
I appreciate the manager, though I didn't get her name for trying to calm the situation down.
This location is my favorite spot everyday, because they make the drinks better than the other ones near my place in my opinion, but I am disappointed with how Dikshi handled it. And that makes me think of not ordering again at this...
