Went to the Milton location recently one night the server was amazing believe her name was Ashely she was very nice and helpful. The only reason this review is getting three stars is because of her service she deserves a promotion. I was very unhappy to learn that Harvey's is no longer serving the chocolate marshmallow pies (one of the best items on their menu). That pie was the sole reason I came to Harvey's which is why I will most likely not be returning. Although my last trip there had a great interaction due to the server (Ashley).
Updated Review:
It deeply pains me to revise my previous review of Harvey's. What was once a beacon of comfort and delight has now become a shadow of its former self. Over a year has passed since my last visit, and despite my hopeful anticipation, the cherished Marshmallow Pie remains absent from the menu.
Harvey's, once renowned for its impeccable service, has also suffered a blow with the departure of the exceptional server, Ashley. Her warmth and dedication made each visit memorable, but without her, the experience lacks the personal touch that made Harvey's stand out.
It's heartbreaking to admit that I no longer frequent Harvey's. The absence of the Marshmallow Pie, coupled with the loss of Ashley's exceptional service, has left a void that cannot be filled. What was once a haven of culinary delights and friendly faces has become a mere shell of its former self.
In the spirit of constructive criticism, I implore Harvey's management to reconsider their menu offerings and perhaps reconsider the return of the beloved Marshmallow Pie. Additionally, investing in training programs to cultivate a team of servers who embody Ashley's exemplary standards would undoubtedly restore some of the magic that has been lost.
Until then, regrettably, I must lower my rating once more. Harvey's, you have the potential to reclaim your former glory, but it will require a concerted effort to address the concerns of loyal customers like myself who yearn for the...
Read moreLet me first begin by saying that the young gentleman who served me today was fantastic. He asked all the right questions and was kind and courteous which was fantastic. So this review is in no reflection of his great abilities. My issue and concern is with the fountain drinks. There was one time several weeks ago where my step daughter ordered a drink and she said it tasted like vinegar. We called the restaurant back to let them know this and they did give us a free meal but they also asked us to sign something which sadly was not read through completely by my significant and I questioned him on that as to what he was signing. In the past few visits as well the fountain pop has been absolutely disgusting. I wish I could use a kinder adjective but I can’t. The drink was very warm with no ice and I actually could not consume it it was just gross. Especially on hot days like this you want a nice big, cold, ice beverage. It was really gross it was room temperature and so not pleased with the pop at this location at all. I’m actually afraid to order a pop for fear it’s going to be bad and warm and flat. I don’t want to waste my money just in case. Sadly I cannot count on this Harvey’s providing cold...
Read moreI can't return to this location with any sense of confidence. About 1-2 months ago my daughter's soft drink had a horrible taste...it was like watered down vinegar. I called the store to complain and to their credit, they immediately apologize citing they were aware of the situation and offered a credit for a free meal. Sure, that's great, but if they were aware, why were they still serving drinks at that time? Would anyone enjoy the taste of watered down vinegar? So fast-forward to yesterday. I took my daughter for a chicken strips combo meal. We do the drive-through, come home and she discovers she was given FRIED PICKLES instead of chicken strips! Not only a disappointment but a waste of my money and time. So this is the 2nd time something bad has impacted my daughter in 2 months at this location. I checked the receipt and sure enough it said 'chicken strips' so how on earth could someone give her fried pickles! I don't blame the employees for this. I blame poor management and poor training. There is a lack of care at this restaurant. I won't be returning. Why would I take the chance? What loyalty do I owe them when there is a Wendy's, McDonald's and so many other choices...
