Only good thing about this place is the drive thru, but it will be the worst customer experience ever.
1- Aggressive ,they speak to you in a very aggresive tone , last time the mcflurry machine wasn't working so I asked them this time "excuse me , is the mcflurry machine working today?" and they responded with "of course it's working , what do you want?". They say it in a way as if they don't even want to serve you. This is very rude customer service that you only see in this place! This alone wants me to never come back here again.
2- order is always missing.
You can't imagine the number of times i had to park my car just go inside the store to tell them they messed up my order.
Sometimes fries is missing . The drink size is not right. And when u order 3 fries and ask them for ketchup u always get surprised in the middle of the road to releaize there is no ketchup.
I also once ordered poutine and they didn't give me a fork .
This place is horrible for drive thru.
I'm never coming to this location again, you guys just lost a daily customer.
Also McDonald's should be more careful when hiring teenagers because they have a very rude "I don't give a f*" attitude going on in this place and always roll their eyes when you complain how they messed up your order , as if...

I don't normally review fast food places because I don't expect much but last night I literally paid for a meal I didn't receive. I get a 30 min lunch from work and at 4 am in that area they are the only place open. If they are open... Supposed to be a 24 hour establishment but turns away business for 30 mins every night to change over? Sometimes an hour. Don't they have all day breakfast now? Anyways, I pull in with 15 mins to spare, order my food, pay for it and they tell me to wait for a fresh hashbrown. They serve three people behind me while I wait by the gate. Nobody shows up. You can't enter because it's early morning and doors are locked. I can't get fired waiting for people to never come with food. I wait the full 15 and had to make the choice to leave. I was late getting back. Was not able to eat for my lunch and pretty miserable for the rest of the night. This isn't the first time I've had problems, from getting the wrong meal to no beef on a burger.... I've just had enough. I called head office and they are going to send me a breakfast coupon.... so basically just give me the meal I already payed for a month later after all this hassle. I have never been to a worse...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible. I was at this location this morning between 8:45AM - 8:55AM right before heading into the office as I work down the street. Don’t usually stop at this location to grab a coffee but did today and will never again. The employee at the drive through passed me my hot medium coffee without closing the lid at all. She then let go of the coffee as she realized it was spilling and the lid was not properly closed. The full coffee dropped and spilled all over my lap in my vehicle causing me to have severe burns on my thighs, making a mess all over the interior of my vehicle, damaging my phone. The coffee was all over my clothes and I was not able to go to work as I now have to go to the doctors to treat these burns. I was extremely frustrated and asked the employee why the lid was not properly closed. The employee then replied while seeing me in pain that it wasn’t her that made the coffee and that it was the other employee who was also a female who did not close the lid. The employee who passed me the coffee then told me that she should have checked the lid. Absolutely terrible. I have called in to McDonald’s to file a complaint so this does not happen to...
