Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Milton

Horrible!! My experience and the food both. As I walked in, no greeting. The lady at counter, seemed like the owner was in some sort of rush. She just asked what do you want? I requested for 2 bowls as it was their BOGO day today. It was close to closing time, but that doesn't mean you are going to be rude/rush the customers. There was no one in queue before or after me, she could have been a little nicer and polite. When it came to building the bowls, the portions she was adding was like as if she is doing me a favor and was giving tasting portions. Rice was like 2 tablespoons or maybe less, few pieces of beans, sprinkle of peppers, few pieces of grilled chicken, sprinkle of cheese, corn....light spread of salsa, cream and sauce. I kept staring at the bowl, as IT WAS LITERALLY not even half full!!! Just because it's BOGO doesn't mean you cheap out on your portions. Go to Chipotle, Cali, Burrito Boyz, all their bowls I can hardly finish and always so filling. This bowl from mucho burrito, dint even fill quarter of my appetite. Very disappointed. Highly request people to stay away from Mucho Burrito Milton. Waste of money. Never going back, I feel bad that...

As both an ex employee and a long time customer I think it's a good restaurant. People need to remember that it is fast food. If you want something cheap go to McDonald's but if you want food that isn't ground up garbage then Mucho is great. Consider also as you read these comments that most people will not review unless angry. These are 15 and 16 year old kids, give it a rest and consider that this is probably their first job. If you are rude they will be rude back, give a please and thank you. You will get the respect you give. The food is fresh, I used to make a lot of it. Sometimes stuff gets left out longer than you'd like but if it isn't busy it can happen. Prices are not the fault of the employees, they have no choice. That is the company, don't take it out on the employees if you aren't happy, take it up with the company. Shockingly bad experience yesterday. Invited a friend out for their 'customer appreciation ' day which was 2 for 1 Burritos or Bowls. First of all there were 5 people in line in front of me and it took about 30 minutes to get our food. The staff seemed like they were working hard but way too slow. The toppings they put on are just a pinch and so stingy on everything. My friend who doesn't really eat meat got the sautéed veggie option which consisted of 4 cold green pepper pieces , we both laughed. My chicken burrito had barely any taste, the meat wasn't seasoned at all. When it came time to pay , they rang it in full price as if they didn't kow about their own promo, I had to remind them. They proceeded to charge me $3.50 for each Jarrito drink when the sign says $2 all summer. Its like they punished me for getting the 2 for 1 deal.
