Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Milton

Stopped by Pizza Nova for a quick lunch and was pleasantly surprised by both the quality and speed. I had two slices of cheese pizza and a Caesar salad. The pizza slices were fresh out of the oven—crispy on the edges, soft in the middle, with just the right amount of cheese and tomato sauce. No oil puddles, which I appreciated. Classic, satisfying, and well-balanced flavor.

The Caesar salad was solid too—crisp romaine, a good amount of shredded cheese, and plenty of croutons. It could’ve used a bit more dressing for flavor, but it was fresh and not soggy, which is a win for takeout. The container was sturdy and portion size was decent for a side.

I would have rated this place zero if that was possible. Absolutely horrible guy, the owner is. His name is Tory, or that's what he calls himself atleast. The front lady was ridiculously rude. She had no communication skills whatsoever to serve the customers appropriately. I feel sorry for the customers. This is an honest review. I only went there once but it was enough of an experience to form an idea about what type of people they are, after I saw how dishonest the owner whose name is Tory is, and his terrible front working lady. i would rate it a zero if that was an option. placed an order through uber eats was promised delivery between a certain time order never got delivered. call and spoke to the manager and she could not figure out what was going on , driver claims it was delivered to the door step but nothing was dropped off as i was standing outside my house the whole time. they lied about delivery and never delivered my order and refused to refund my money back . i have been a long time customer with them but unfortunately due to their lie and dishonesty they have lost me as their customer
