A&W Canada — Restaurant in Miramichi

My partner and I went here for supper. I usually always order a lettuce wrap teen burger and sweet potato fries and my he mixes things up My lettuce wrap that is normally very well done was not as requested. I asked for Chipotle sauce instead of the ketchup, mustard and mayo, and no cheese. It had all the sauces and they were outside of the lettuce, I normally do not take fork and knive but actuslly would have needed one this time because the sauces simply took over. Bo A and W has always had thr best sweet potato fries, it was because of them that I grew to love them. These were greasy on the outside and uncooked tasting (chewy and rubbery) on the inside. Even my partner who will taste test the oddone thought the same. I sent them back asking for fresh and they were the same. The staff were super friendly about it. I'm writing this review with great disappointment. I've been a regular customer at the Miramichi A&W since it opened. I'm not sure if the restaurant has changed management recently but My last few visits were absolutely disappointing. The place is disgustingly dirty and unkept, the food was so terrible I couldn't finish eating it. I'm almost certain they are recooking or reheating the burgers and French fries. When I asked for extra ketchup I was give some terrible attitude and she said there was some in the bag. When I finally looked in the bag (because I was driving) there were only two packets of ketchup. One for each of us. The service was terrible, the food was even worse. Whenever I'm passing through Miramichi during lunch time, or supper time, I like stop into this spot for a quick meal. They have a nice sized dining area and usually it's pretty clean.  Their bathrooms are clean but small.  There's always parking available and the location is ideal. The staff is always super friendly and polite.  Service is really fast, as it should be. This is my favorite fast-food chain.  All the items on the menu have their own distinct flavors.  The burgers actually taste like burgers.  To top it all off, they have the best Root Beer in the business. I've never had a bad meal at this location.  However, it is still a fast-food joint.  I struggle giving any fast-food place more than 3 stars but I have to give this one four stars. Keep up...
