Dixie Lee Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Miramichi

I was very shocked by two things that had happened. When they fired theur manager Mary Ann I was completely shocked! I know her very well and know that they had no reason to fire her! Three months later, which is today I decided to have some Dixie Lee for the first time since they let their best employee go! I ordered the food with a friend, received the food and went to set it on the table. When my friend came to the table to eat she told me that the lady at was very rude! I asked what happened and she said she asked for a fork and when the lady passed it to her she said "don't make a mess"! If she would have have said that to me I'll tell you what! I would not have taken it. She has never served me before and like I said I wasn't in for three months and I NEVER make a mess when I go out to eat! Extremely dissapointed in Dixie...

NOT A GOOD SERVICE.... went there last night... we made the order around 9:20 pm just 2 chicken dinner and a special small poutine... we were the only there to order after we paid some more people came in... around 9:40 all the others people that was there after us got all there orders and they ordered there... so 9:45 we asked the girl a the cash is it going to be much longer??? she said like 10 more minute... what the hell... we asked for a refund and left... it takes 20 minutes to cook chicken and there was nobody so no excuse for making our lunch faster... not going back next time will go to...

The food is good but my 3 piece chicken dinner had a tiny thigh, small leg and a wing. No white meat. For $22 with a drink it's not enough. They are cheap with there chicken pieces. Also I hate being pressured to tip at a restaurant that I have to wait in line. Take my order to a table. No one leaves the counter. I have to clean up after myself. What's the tip for? I was a regular customer at many Dixie Lee's but the chicken portions are getting smaller and smaller every time and this location is one of the worst. This was...
