i use to put 5☆to this place,not anymore,i paid 95$ for a meal that i pick up at 7:50 pm to feed my family of 5 ,when i got home,to find out my large fries was missing,and didnt give me a large marcaroni,large gravy,and large coleslaw that i ask when i order on the phone,so i was busy on the phone with my doctor at 8:10 pm when my husband said wheres the fries,me stuck on the phone with the doctor trying to get someone to call at dixee where it close at 8:00 ,my friend called for me mention the fries,but to find out all the sizes was small,so i call the next day to tell her about it,shes like thats what you order,im like no,its not what i order,why would i order a Barrel of chicken with small gravy,ect..with a family of 5 and i said to her,you and the other girl is always giving me a hard time every time you guys are working,im not going to mention names this names,you have quite of a crew working there..Ive been asking them to give my phone number to the manager to conctact me back,and they give me rudeness and running arounds and hangs up on me,well this time,im going there directly ,cause they also lie about what happens..lots of people are complaining about...

I was ignored in line. Mistakes happen, that's okay. I was given no explanation on the ticket system they use, fair repeat customers might be accustomed to it but still a little miffed. I was then given the wrong food items, then I had my recipt taken from me. I had to ask for it back to show that I was given the wrong items, which was ordered a few moments ago. The cashier then told me to go get a customer in the car park, in their car, for them. Which was the wrong customer who was rightfully upset & confused just as was I. No proper apology, just here's order and goodbye.

Her nose was bleeding profusely and the person working there didn’t help her up or even ask if she was ok. He didn’t offer her tissues for her bleeding nose so there she was with the one Kleenex she had trying to compose herself. She woke up with 2 bruised eyes, a possible broken nose with bleeding inside (according to the doctor), a bruised elbow and a skinned knee. He’s referring her to a specialist.
