Ordered online...got my order 45 minutes later after waiting outside for 10m and inside for 15m...and nothing to do with being busy, see below.
Customer lost. Poor management of operation.
I've been using this location a lot during COVID due to the great online ordering with no login, no app, and Google Pay so no c/c to enter in a random website. I've even done a few of their surveys saying as much. This location even posted a sign on their door advising you to phone inside and they'll bring out your order which worked great.
HOWEVER...no more. Management at this site has instructed their staff to no longer answer the phone due to, "many people phoning in orders but never showing up.". Yet they still have the sign on the door so you phone and phone and phone until you finally go inside and wait in line.
Also, management has decided that due to the above issue with no shows that they are also not going to start online orders until you show up and making it to the front of the line...even though online orders are PREPAID.
As a result one can expect to wait 15-20 minutes AFTER making it to the front of the line negating any effort to save time by ordering online.
Go to Dixie Lee...better chicken and prices if you're going to stand in...

They said it would be an hour's wait on crispy chicken, they had 4 pieces of white left, no mashed, no ice in their drink machine, no napkins, the tables had gravy globs; and there was one other person there when I walked in. I paid for 2 gravy instead of 2 sides with my feast, good thing I checked cause they did the opposite. And forgot my daughter's cookie with her meal (which isn't the first time since I went there first) I was in a pretty good mood so I tried to be nice and understanding but overall, I wasn't super impressed. I mean, I know people make mistakes and it gets busy at times but it's still not a customer experience...
