We ordered SkipTheDishes due to the decent review but don't believe the rating on the apps. It's sad that within 7 months of reviews on google their "cleanliness lacks" and customer service. So I probably will not order take out again nor do I recommend this place. This is what we ordered: * 2 Alaska Rolls * Beef Teriyaki Roll * 2 Ebi Rolls * 2 Tuna rolls * Negitoro roll The Alaska rolls were the best out of all the rolls, it's a cali roll with a small sashimi salmon on top with spicy sauce, they were a solid 3/5. Nothing to special. Beef teriyaki roll was really bad, all meat but the meat was so dry and usually there's cucumber and avocado with these rolls but the meat ratio felt like eating a huge mouth full of dry meat and rice... even if you dipped it in soy sauce. They definitely pre make that meat and reheat to roll. The ebi roll ratio for shrimp was 25%-50% shrimp to rice ratio, the portion for the sushi was not worth $5 per roll. The tuna and even the toro was nothing special. Overall, do not recommend. Don't waste your money. $60 you can get better quality for less and just get pick up from Young's Kitchen on stave.

I recently ordered takeout from Mission Junction Sushi, and I must say, they make the best sushi I’ve ever tasted! The freshness of the ingredients and the skillful preparation truly set this place apart from other sushi restaurants. The menu offers a wide variety of options, from traditional rolls to unique and innovative combinations. Each dish is a delightful experience for the taste buds, with the perfect balance of flavors and textures. Even as takeout, the presentation was impeccable, and everything was packaged perfectly to maintain freshness. The ordering process was smooth and efficient, and my food was ready right on time. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. I definitely recommend Mission Junction Sushi to anyone who loves sushi or is looking to try it for the first time. Their takeout is exceptional, and you won’t be disappointed!

I like going to Sushi Junction. It does not have the best sushi, but the food was still great. I had the Unagi Roll and the Tofu Teriyaki. The roll was good with all the ingredients in it complimenting the overall food. The Tofu Teriyaki was satisfactory, though I wish the pieces of tofu were in smaller pieces, so i would not cut them into smaller pieces with chopsticks. I liked the teriyaki sauce, and the vegetables were good as well. I like the Japanese-theme interior of the establishment with Shoji blinds and the Japanese portraits. I will definitely be coming back there again.

I have only been here one time and honestly that will be the last time.

I placed an order for pick up for 3 Avacado Rolls and was told to wait 25 minutes...I go inside 30 minutes after to insure my food would be done once I got there. That was not the case... I walked up to the counter with nobody in front of me in line and I was not even acknowledged... I stood there for about 5 minutes and the lady on til had no intention of evening greeting me. Finally once she did she told me that they didn't even start my order yet and seemed to have lost track of what I even asked for. She then proceeded to tell me it will take 10 more minutes so already abit frustrated I said okay.. Will be back to pick up in 10 minutes. I go back another 15 minutes later and I'm waiting in line now with two customers Infront of me in line and 2 behind me.. Waited another 10 minutes or so in line and I get to the counter. She says my food is not done because she wasn't sure if I still wanted it when she specifically said come back in 10 minutes as it was completely disregarded before. At this point it had been over an hour and they had nothing for me no answer no explanation. I turned around and walked out In disbelief. This place seems like a nice spot but honestly I will never be going back and neither will I recommend this place to anyone else. They had no care in the world how I felt as a customer.

Simply put... This is the worst first time experience I've ever had with a restaurant and to me the first expression is the...

Customer Service is not good. I phoned in my order, the woman repeated it back to me and it was correct. I drove 20 min to picked up my food and drove 20 min home. Only to find out that they missed 2 large rolls and gave us a random small role in its place. Then the 2 orders of deep fried tofu we ordered were packaged ontop of a bed of lettuce...for take out. Piping hot tofu and lettuce? It turned the tofu and lettuce into a mushy inedible greasy soup. I called the restaurant to explain the issue with the missing rolls and they just said oh sorry we missed it. Didn't offer replacements or any type of solution. I actually had to argue with the woman to get them to make the 2 rolls we needed. When i got back to the restaurant, the woman behind the till tried to get me to pay for the 2 missing rolls, AFTER the original bill charged my for the random roll i did not order. I explained that I would pay for 1 of the rolls, since i was already charged for food I didn't order. After a few mine she agreed. When i got home the 2 replacement rolls were full of fish bones!!!

After this entire ordeal i was left with a $100 bill and 1/3rd of the food was inedible. Never again will I go there. If you want good sushi in mission go to Young's Kitchen. Best in town.

...and why are all the positive reviews "local...
