Quiznos — Restaurant in Mission

$37+ for 2 "12 subs and one drink. Ok but.... Ordered through skip, got to us approx. 30 mins. Recieved them and they were not even eattible. We called right away, tried to explain the issue with the subs. The girl who made them proceeded to not let us say a word, not offer to fix them, she just freaked right out and eventually hung up the phone. She yelled and screamed, that she made them and they were right, she did this for about 6 mins straight and did not even allow us to fully explain what the issues were. She kept reapeating one had a VINEGARETTE (and yep one it did) but that one wasn't the one wet and soggy couldnt get that out with her yelling like she was. Moreso, niether felt or appeared to be toasted at all. They were stone cold. Cold to the touch ....like fridge cold and today was hot out so ?!?!?! And the one sub (NOT THE VINEGARETTE ONE BUT the MAYO AND MUSTERD ONE) WAS WET AND SOGGY at one end like it had been dunked in water. It was litterly soggy. Both were dough like, cold like fridge temp and raw, cheese was not melted at all, onions that were to be sauteed were cold like they came out of the fridge if not freezer. . absolutely uneattible. She littery gave no options , not bring them down we'll get new dry bread for the one and make sure the order is prepared and not near frozen. yelled about her perfect sandwhich job. It went into the garbage and we ordered from somewhere else....

I dont usually come to Quiznos but thought I would try and get a couple simple sandwiches or so I thought... Ordered the Baja chicken sub and a honey mustard chicken thought hopefully like Subway(in which I prefer) I would be able to choose my toppings to my liking. But first let me start by saying that during the ordering the person did not make the correct sandwich initially..OK fine, maybe misheard due to the airpod in the workers ear maybe not..? Anyway get that sorted out and get to the next station where I want to make sure I get cucumber in addition to lettuce on my Baja chicken sandwich. Well for me it's crucial that I have that perfect crunch on my sandwich. I said it once but it didn't seem like the employee heard me or did not acknowledge my request so I repeated myself again. This time I got a response OK. Might I add that this employee also had an airpod in their ear as well...hmm. I then asked if I could have the hot peppers on the side as Quiznos is known for. Long story short I get home my sandwich only has cucumber no lettuce and there is no peppers to be had. All in all disappointing experience and will definitely continue to enjoy my sub, my...

I have been here a couple times and it has been OK, today I walked in and I ordered the sandwich of the day which was a meatball for $7.99. The woman at the counter asked me what size I would like And I said Small. When I paid, I noticed the price was more than what was advertised on the sign. Confused, I asked the woman why and she said because I ordered a small and the deal was only for a medium. I said that that was frustrating that I was paying more for less of a sandwich and that didn’t seem right, her response was oh well That’s what you ordered.
