Ordered Trenta pink drink with chocolate cold foam. Get to window & girl at window takes my money, then hands me a brown drink 😳 I asked what it was and she said "it's a pink drink with chocolate cold foam, exactly what you orderd" I responded by saying I've never had a pink drink with chocolate cold foam that looks like this before. It's supposed to be 3/4 pink drink with chocolate cold foam on the top.

She then got an attitude with me, saying "This is how they're made" taking drink out of my hand aggressively.

I tried to call out to her a couple times while she was making drink to confirm she was aware of my request for light ice, & after the 3rd time saying excuse me, she looked at me, so I said "light ice please" Well, she snapped " Well that's what's on the order" Very unprofessional.

When she hands me 2nd drink, it looked normal at the time. After she handed drink forcefully, I just took a breath & said "thank u, have a nice day," & she just walked away.

Staff are great but lve given it a low rating due to the interference and rudeness of a Karen manager ? Franchise owner. Staff were busy, working hard and an older woman in outdoor clothes was food side shoving a binder under the noses of staff members asking questions. Totally dominating and aggressive towards staff member who was in the middle of serving customers. No apologies to paying customers for holding up the line. But the blend IS DIFFERENT,the return it then a Clark just give me a grande, so I said I PAID for venty , she call supervisor over who agee just give a grande, I said I PAID FOR venty now you give me grande IS it right to do so?
