Update 01/10/2024
Blueberry fritters are back, so obviously cause I love blueberry fritters, decided to go and grab one. Once there, went ahead & ordered combo.
It was a cluster#@!% from the moment I got there. $12 for combo ended up being $15 at the window because of the upcharge for large tea instead of med & $2 upcharge to get a blueberry fritter instead of regular donut.
Nobody says anything when you're ordering that it's going to be upcharge, they wait until u get to window then give u an attitude when u tell them they need to be clear with customers regarding the combo (prices) if they cost more, so customer can choose if they want to pay that.
When I ordered, I said no mayo & no tomatoes because I'm allergic to 🍅 2 & a half Honey cream. When I was handed my tea, he said 2 & a half honey & I said to him, "is there no cream in there?" he said no, so I gave it back to him. Then u hear them talking amongst themselves "she didn't ask for cream" yes I did lady 2x! I even confirmed it when I got to window. Get home & my sandwich has only mayo on it & tomatoes.
The time I'm at the window, they've got an attitude like they don't want to be there & that my telling them they should let paying customers know there is an upcharge for things would prevent frustration on both the customer & employees; is such an inconvenience to them! You're getting paid $17 an hour & u can't even get a simple order right & u want more money... if it wasn't for the fact that I like certain things from Tim Hortons I would never go back... the only thing good about this meal was the blueberry fritter! I'd like to see them stay on the menu that would be awesome
Terrible! Baker placing donuts, bagals with no gloves, then scratched nose & continued to touch edibles. Open tea and only 3/4 full. Another tea...
Read moreFirst off, I am completely disappointed in my experience at this location. I walked in with a few of my friends who were destined to buy a few donuts to go along with there outrageous afternoon. As soon as we got up to the menu, this crazy staff member started asking us to order when we didn't even have mind made up. She was very aggressive and made me and my friends feel very uncomfortable. We thought she was just kidding around, but things got worse. My friend ordered a cinnamon bun and she seemed very confused and mad about his desire to get his delicious pastry. He waited for a minute or two until the order was ready. He was glaring around the store very bored as he awaited for his cinnamon bun. As soon as the order was made, the same staff member yelled out loud very aggressively in a very disturbing tone "do you want it?". My friend was in shock about how aggressive the staff member treated him and didn't even know how she got hired with that attitude. It is not acceptable to have an employee with such attitude and aggression. I will never be coming back to...

I told her I'm medically exempt. She then asked to see a doctor's note. I told her a cashier has no right to ask for that, only a doctor does. She got her manager who told me to leave . I showed her the city by law, the provincial law, and the federal law that clearly states medical exemptions are legit. She refused to serve me even still, and then demanded I leave now.
Good news is, I called Tim Hortons head office and told them exactly what happened. The guy was amazing and apologized for their workers lack of empathy and disregard of Canadian laws and offered me a free coffee for my troubles. He also said they will contact the store to make sure they know the rules and that they never do that again.
So feel free to proudly walk into this location maskless with a smile and get a coffee without having to feel like a second...
